Don't know about you, but if I had a dead body in my car, my planning, if any, would likely go out the window. My first instinct would be the quickest and easiest way to dispose of the body. That's why I believe Sturbridge Hill in NC is crucial...Heads up LE if your listening. I don't believe they've exhausted that location.

I am onboard with you on this but LE has processed the scene and allowed FD to have continued access and work on the property. I can only hope they checked the septic system and well/s completely.

A small correction...you don’t need 2 people to put them on the car; my husband does it by himself all the time. So that wouldn’t keep FD from using one.

I have no experience with them but I saw that photo of FD walking out of the water holding skis and his arms seemed quite muscular.

No idea, of course, if this ski box was used but he had one based on the photo we saw, it seems like you could put a thin person in one, no one would give it a thought seeing FD with one—at a house as I imagine you store those at times—or at a lake or pond. Occam’s Razor in a sense—what is known and what is handy and not out of place for the person. Or not! All moo.

Two related thoughts—MOO. If FD put it on top of his vehicle with her in it, could it be possible that something spattered or dripped from it as the vehicle was moved then?

And for those who feel FD wanted to punish JD beyond the obvious, putting her body into something ski related might be a way. Later, then, he could put the body in the water such as those muddy pond she noted. Dragging that carrier like through woods or vegetation would be easier than rolling a barrel.

You’d think he would not put her in a pond she called out in her blog but I bet FD did not read her blog at least unless someone informed him and who would court his anger in that way before all of this?

I’m not thinking the barrel anymore and doubt he’d use the ski carrier with the body as it would be tied to him more readily than a body alone.

I wonder if LE has found and examined that ski carrier. They may have had more than one given the number of vehicles and skis.

Agree with you. The stories of him maintaining spreadsheet on the developmental milestones of each of the children was more than a bit chilling to me. The thing that stayed with me though was that he was doing it not for the children but to be able to prove to the court that HE was an 'involved and caring parent'.

I'm having a hard time in any of the MSM reporting to find any example of FD actually spending time with the children because he cared about them and just wanted to spend the time? We have seen water skiing hard core training as a metaphor for life and hard work, spreadsheets to track the childrens progress at parent teacher conferences, trips to Greece excluding JD for water ski tournys etc. We have seen reports from parents at school to say JD went to school events by herself etc. We have seen other reports where FD was "away" 10 days per month on non work business allegedly for water skiing training.

What was going on here? By all accounts per MSM FD seems like a distant father figure and not involved in the actual day to day grind of child rearing that JD dove into head first by all accounts?

Yes, but why would NCN tell him not to show up? There were no motions filed by FD to postpone the deposition and so it seems like he had the obligation to show up as the court had scheduled the deposition and he was formally requested to show up. Couldn't he have simply shown up and did what he did in Family Court and take the 5th due to the ongoing criminal investigation? I'm not getting the advice to simply not show, especially as I think this was the second time he didn't show.

I tend to agree with you, but NP seems to have become involved in all of FD's legal issues. If there is wiggle room, NP knows about it and will use, IMO. Unless FD is having a nervous breakdown, I'll bet he is being advised on all his legal issues at the moment. Didn't one of the MSMs actually post the "upcoming court dates," and the deposition was included?
Maybe his boat ran out of gas while water skiing!

Yes, the speadsheets were mentioned by the person you recall. I haven't seen or heard from her here recently. I also believe one of the local papers mentioned the spreadsheets too (Norwalk Hour or New Canaanite possibly).

Wonder why JD chose NC to move to ? Did she have ties to that area ? I also find extremely telling that Fore purchased the SB property less than a month and 3 miles from her home .... after JD filed for divorce and moved there ...

JD and FD had planned to move the family to NC so that ForeGroup could take advantage of the high end housing market.

They planned for the children to enroll in NCCD school and the school requires applications to be submitted a year in advance.

So, the children were already enrolled at NCCD and therefore the logical place for JD and the children to move, was NC.

JD did not find out about MT until April or so of 2017 and it was too late to get the children into another school.

At that point FD wanted them all to live as one happy family with MT and her daughter on the weekends and the school breaks, at 4JC.

Not to mention that FD also wanted MT's daughter to go to the same school with JD's children.

FD's plan at that point was that JD and her children would live in the Farber home in Pound Ridge, NY during the school week and attend NCCD in NC, CT.

Then FD wanted the children AND JD to go home to 4JC on the weekends and school breaks.

JD planned their escape and left 4JC on Father's day in June of 2017, after the Avon school was out for the summer and her attorney filed the divorce papers the very next day.

It was too late for JD to get the children into a different school and not to mention she would have lost a good bit of money.

Clearly, I am not LE and am just an ordinary person so I know my thoughts must make more knowledgeable people say, “Duh!” Thus, forgive me for saying if I were LE, I’d call up some longtime professor in applied mathematics at Brown and ask him or her to try to think as FD might have that day. How would someone trained in that discipline be likely to think in terms of problem solving (to FD, it would have been a problem to solve MOO)?

I’d also try to recreate things just to see things from certain vantage points and see what is visible where, what routes might work, etc. BUT I would NOT let that rule anything in or out on its own.

I think this speaks for itself. NP has spent a lot of time speaking for MT and encouraging her through the media to come into the fold. He even suggested he could provide a dual defense. All the while Mr.Bowman has had little to say. Until then. And even then he gave little up. MOO.

I wonder if one reason to have MT be out of state and to have no contact with FD is the fear they could marry and then she couldn't be compelled to testify against FD.

Did I say I’d be quiet? Well...I’m just so horrified about this situation that when I have a few minutes, I let it drift around in my mind. So, now that I know who makes those car carriers like that seen on FD’s SUV, I checked out the site.
