Could be she didn’t know-but I have a feeling she may have known if he hated his mother; not that you actually have to hate someone to kill them, if, say, that person knew you were having an affair with the nanny, for example. Right now, I’m still thinking that this was a terrible, tragic accident. I think a lot of information is going to come out-I’d like to hear a candid interview of FD’s first wife, who somehow managed to get away from him.

She posted on her blog that if they named their daughter after his mom, FD said he wouldn't have anything to do with the child. That is telling. That is not something you say in jest. JMO

I've read articles about him. Very accomplished. He is a pediatric cardiac surgeon and dedicated to helping the disadvantaged Latin American children with medical care. Started in Venezuela and branched out .

There was a grey-haired gentleman that got into the driver’s seat to drive MT away with her sweater over her head. He looked a lot like the photograph of her father.

So it sounds like MT's daughter would be on her way to stay with her Father shortly, when school ended. I wonder if MT went along as well. This really adds to my thoughts that FD was planning on taking his children out of the country.

I feel certain FD wanted to leave the country with the kids. I cannot wait to know, during his trial, how everything happened. I really miss Court TV!

Interesting, the ex was paying MT child support, $4,000 a month, probably the lovers only income the last few months. Wonder if this was why FD was fighting so hard for custody - he wanted child support too. Think about it, JD had an income from her trust, from what I've read. He was probably thinking five kids should give him a nice monthly check...

I bet that JD was paying the mortgage on the Farmington house before she took the kids and left him. And it stopped when she set up household in New Canaan.

I know this will not be popular... but I thought the arrest warrant affidavit was pretty thin on Troconis. It said she was seen leaning out of the truck either putting something on the ground or picking something up, whereas it said FD was seen placing multiple bags in trash bins. JMO.

Likely within the next few hours (hopefully). They'll obviously want to check her story sooner than later.

She was under no obligation to talk to the DA, so this was done with a purpose.

Almost certainly to discuss a deal.

Part of any deal, would be revealing everything. So the only question is, was a deal struck?
