I'm not sure if MSM source is needed if the pictures from the rental exist? Just asking the question as we've gone down this path in other cases when WS might be ahead of MSM on certain things. The pictures of the security console a the ft door were post previously. We don't know whether there were cameras at the rental house though so will have to wait for LE update or press conference to see if its discussed.

The way it ended was with Judge saying that she wouldn't rule at the hearing but at a later date. @gitana1 I always am curious for your take on these Family Law issues so if you get a chance to take a look at some of the published statements made by the GAL in yesterdays hearing I wonder what your take is? Given his role in the proceedings I thought some of his responses were a bit in the 'fence sitting' category?! JMO.

Their calendar did have that information previously. I notice that all June events are gone. I suspect the school may have put info behind a firewall to protect the students and families from a media circus. Last day of school was yesterday. Today is graduation.

MOO, but if FD was allowed outside the house to pick up the kids, he could hypothetically know where the blind spots are to avoid detection.

My guess is that FD could have planted a small camera at the JD property so that he had "access" to her movements and could see the children. PURE SPECULATION on my part but seems in line with so much of what we have learned about FD IMO. I'm hoping NCPD/State Police have combed every wall and crevice in the house and around the property to find any devices and also checked her cars for tracking devices. My suspicion is for premeditation vs spur of moment rage in this case and if this was premeditation FD/MT would have needed details about the movements of JD and what better way to do it than with hidden devices? MOO

Now when I think about it, I hope he didn't put her in that pond. I would hate the kids knowing that their Dad was cold hearted and cruel enough to place their mother in the pond that they water skied in with him.

I don't think that is any worse than having the kids know he cut their mother's body into little pieces and put it in garbage bags.....

From everything my coworker told me, he was completely cooperative. He's just terrified she's there somewhere. He knew her well obviously.

While the divorce is still in litigation, JD was awarded sole physical custody of the children after a judge last year found FD to be an unhealthy influence on the children.

A status hearing in the divorce case that was scheduled for Wednesday at the Stamford courthouse was postponed. On Tuesday, a court-appointed guardian ad litem filed a motion for a hearing “regarding the safety of the children.” A date has not been set for the conference.

Yes. And that's reasonable. He seems super concerned but trying to stay neutral. Thus he had no opinion about phone contact but does have concerns about physical contact.
