DULOS: Hearing will not begin before 10:30, according to a court marshal. @FOX61News

JD received an emergency protection order when she first left 4JC and filed for divorce.

Later, the judge refused to continue that order even though JD clearly expressed her fear as noted in the court records.

I don't know if someone posted this already but on this clip it looks like FD got served...

Upthread I had just wondered if that is what happened. I think it is and it's brilliant!

Sure-you wouldn’t expect your process server to be wearing shorts and flip flops. It’s pretty clear that Pattis warned him that the subpoena would be served as they entered the courthouse. NP took it like he knew it was coming, and FD had the usual po’d look on his face that he gets when he isn’t in charge, and is expected to do something he doesn’t want to do

Process servers often look like this lol. This is pretty awesome. Haha.

The server looks like anyone...he does not stand out. If I were him I would wear shoes in case hr had to run.

MISSING MOM: Judge John Blawie expected to hear arguments on 5 motions, incl. defense motion to dismiss charges because, according to atty Norm Pattis, there isnt enough evidence to proceed without other felony charges against his client
