I wonder if LE found something at FD’s house after his suicide attempt when they were granted a search warrant that showed an Email, text , letter that FD and MT were communicating through a 3rd Party

Seems like new information
otherwise, Colangelo would have brought it up prior .

That would be proof, not a report.

when I started my reply, I was thinking, "can't be" for that reason.

I changed my mind; LE might be keeping their hand close to the chest by calling it a report.

To me what is most important is that in late December he valued his life.
He wasn't looking to end his life.
When and why did that change?
MOO.

IMO, what changed were the more serious charges (Murder, Felony Murder, Kidnapping) and the warrant that was presented to support FD's early January arrest for those more serious charges.

That warrant spells out a lot, but the investigators who wrote it emphasized throughout that the evidence reported in the warrant was only a portion of what investigators had gathered.

Pattis had not yet been granted discovery of all the evidence the State held, so Pattis didn't know what LE might have gathered beyond what was presented in the warrant. But, unlike Pattis, FD would be in the unique position to know what they could possibly have gathered and he likely didn't believe Pattis, despite all his assurances (which FD knew were based on limited knowledge), could overcome it

In December, FD still had reason to hope that he could beat the charges and his life might remain his own. IMO, after seeing the January 6 Arrest Warrants, FD no longer had that reason. He strongly suspected the future was jail or early exit and he chose which of the two he preferred.

And when do we expect to see the discovery?
Did I hear Mr Colangelo say today it is 3 weeks out?
What is the hold up?
Patience has never been one of my virtues.
MOO.

Oh my, I've been away for a few hours and what a mess today was. This is my observations from today. One, MT has been in several court proceedings, ie her love child and her first divorce. Did she use a translator for any of the previous cases? Even so, she was represented by her attorney, all she needed to say is WHAT? if she didn't understand. I object to any notion that she would go along with the AW if she didn't understand them, either Spanish or English. That's why she had an attorney present.

Really, CT is very forgiving in their house arrest rules. In my state, house arrest means surprise drug testing, although it's only a urine test at any time. And the ankle bracelet, it's either stay in jail or wear it! Not a big deal to put a barrier between it and your boney ankle. Again today was a dog and pony show, only for theatrics.

She fired her first attorney, really, the only one who seemed to be a sensible attorney for her. OK, go with the NP type, but if I were on the jury (thankfully I'm not ever) I would listen more to a attorney that isn't trying to put something over on the jury.

Oh really, she doesn't have a career or job! The judge and prosecution should have objected to that. What is wrong with them? Everyone is right, I would never hire anyone who is suspected of being a criminal (or murderer). If she has clients, they need to check her out before any business dealings.

As far as being pregnant, I doubt it, she would have told the courts at the first sign of pregnancy if she was, thankfully she has not.

I'm still catching up from today.

MOO

The general vibe from the early court walks were as if the group of them were off to a ladies lunch at the mall or the country club, complete with cocktails or champagne. There appeared to be zero recognition of the place where they were going and the seriousness of the proceedings. In short, they as a group made it look as if it were all one big JOKE. IMO today looked little different except that there was less giggling and smiling. I'm not sure they as a family are treating this experience at all seriously. I'm also not sure that that as a family they care one whit about JFd or justice, its all a game of the system.

I do wonder today if 'Dog Bite', the new attorney realised when he described MT Mama A as a psychologist whether he was aware of the fact that she lost her license to practice as part of her agreement on the Medicaid Fraud settlement? I'm not sure the Atty today had much awareness or knowledge of his client or her family at all. Quite surprised actually given that he felt compelled to mention that MT/Mama A interviewed 12 attorneys.

MOO
You are always so right on, @afitzy! Wow, he didn’t do his homework. It’s pathetic. We Websleuths could school him on this case. We know every single detail available to us inside and out from 24 May until now. Moo

100% agree!! After his hair finally grew back we seen him clean cut, smiling and velvety.. but after the January arrest he looked like he gave up. That man was worried! And not for no reason. He took the most important person of his children’s lives and brutally murdered her. He should have kept his *advertiser censored** at home and help raise his kids, give his sweet wife a break every once in a while, spoiled her and they’d still be happy today. But he destroyed so many lives because he’s an angry man wh*** and couldn’t keep in it his pants. And for what? MT?! They fought all time because they are EXACTLY ALIKE! (FD & MT) IMO she was in on it from day 1 and probably came up with the whole plan. Or at least pumped him up and made him feel confident enough to do it. I’m sorry she just rubs me the wrong way.. probably because she’s a home wrecker.

This is my first post and I love you guys! I appreciate having a place to come to where everyone is just as obsessed with this stuff as I am.

MOO.

I don't know what the hold up is. I sincerely believe the State is considering every piece of evidence and the story that the consolidation of all that evidence tells and is testing that story for solid reasonableness because it will certainly be tested in court.

Myself, I have concerns about the kidnapping charge. MOO is that the two bags taped together (and I am presuming they were taped open-end to open end to make one long enclosed bag) AND the four 3' long zip ties AND the use of ten plus rolls of paper towels at the New Canaan residence indicate NOT immobilization of a live body for transport to another location, but rather concealment, packaging, and transport of a dead or near-dead body by laying that dead or near-dead body out, enclosing it in the extra-long enclosed bag (made from two end to end) and then wrapping that package at 4 places along its length with the 3' long zip ties to serve as handles (like would be done with a rolled up carpet). It isn't uncommon to see a builder or carpet layer lift a plastic-wrapped bag of carpet, so a body wrapped and lifted that way would not necessarily invite suspicion like an unwrapped body would.

I'm not positive, but I think that what I've described would only be kidnapping IF there is some evidence that the person inside the taped end-to-end bag was alive after put into the taped end-to-end bag and while it was transported (or at least that the attacker didn't know or care that the person inside was dead or alive). I don't know what LE knows. I just seriously hope they have considered the kidnapping vs non-kidnapping possibilities.

The saddest thing to me is that when it comes down to it, this entire case comes down to money. The Farber family's wealth that FD coveted and would kill to still get a piece of. The wealth necessary to bond out on multimillion dollar bonds. The greed of FD and MT. Defense attorneys looking for "that" client to make their names and line their pockets. Colangelo distracted by his next paycheck. The Farbers were more than generous with their son-in-law and he completely took advantage of them. FD and MT and their families' money to support them (and who knows how many other "benefactors"). The media milking it as usual. And on and on and on ... I'm sure there is much, much more to add to this list! MOO

Money IS the root of all evil...it really is...its sad..

Just a tactic by MT’s new lawyer. To rehabilitate her image and create sympathy and explain her lies.

In all fairness to her new attorney, most attorneys won’t allow their client to typically interview with LE one time, let alone three, like AB did.

Especially, when the first interview MT gave stuck word per word by the ALI-LIE scripts that she and FD co-authored. Her new attorney has likely seen our mentions on here to the word salad in her interviews and is seeking to paint his client in a more sympathetic light while also trying to mitigate the many LIES in her interviews.

Case in point: it took three interviews for MT to admit FD was not there at 6:40 am in the morning. She knew enough “English” to tell LE she had showered with FD that morning and that he was there meeting with KM around 8:00am in the morning. It took three interviews for her to say “ok he was not there for several hours and I didn’t see him.” This is not an inability to understand the question or how to answer it. He either was there or he was not. She saw him or she did not. Simple.

As far as other cases in which a co-conspirator has either attempted or successfully committed suicide and how well that bodes for a conviction in this case: check out many episodes of Forensic Files. It didn’t hurt the Many of the cases for the prosecution in the slightest nor did any “notes” proclaiming innocence harm the States case nor change the facts in the case.

I find MT to be an absolutely abhorrent woman. I have seen many episodes of Snapped (there are only like what 25 seasons with several episodes of women killers) and it never ceases to amaze me how people still fall for the “damsel in distress” crappola. It’s bunk. And honestly sexist. Poor innocent MT. She had not a clue about anything going on ever.

Just snapping photos with Marty the spill bot and such.

I can’t wait (if we are allowed) to see the video surveillance of the car musical chairs between 4Jax and 80 Mountain Spring that afternoon of 5/24.

Yes, I was just cleaning! Windows. I mean bathrooms. Not Jennifer. It was coffee! Blood what’s that? Oh I’m sorry English is difficult for me? I mean I was cleaning coffee off the windows in the bathroom! Ya that’s the ticket.

vomit!

You’re spot on. Go ahead, MT, hire the pit bull attorney and see how you end up. FD must have been so confident with his case to not even attempt to pursue his presumed innocence at a trial. Innocence that he repeatedly declared (as well as his attorney and family) at every opportunity and during every court hearing, not guilty pleas were entered on record.

Jail was not likely as he mentioned as his reason for suicide, not to spend another hour in jail. Well he already knew of Anna Curry’s and his friend’s bond security as he even helped complete the paperwork.

So why commit suicide (not an easy task physically or mentally)?

If you have a loving, supportive family and friends, including a successful and generous “best friend” that’s living with you and supporting you, which it appears he has,
Why?

We are here to find out why.

If there’s even a remote chance to wrap your arms around your five children that you say you love repeatedly, why not go to trial to try for that reward?

Why did FD not help LE search for the mother of his 5 children? Why did he not hold a press conference, conduct or participate in a search, post flyers? Fair questions.

Why make a purposeful and unlawful stop and vandalize her memorial? Fair question.

Did Norm’s theatrics help his client? Fair question. He dished outlandish theories to every media outlet about a missing mother of 5 including: a Gome Girl theory (Even arguing publicly with Gillian Flynn, the best selling author), revenge suicide, heroin abuse, psych evaluation findings that are private, Let’s not forget about the airtight alibi that was flying in from Greece to cooperate it. Yes, we have all of these statements from the beginning saved. We are just merely band fairly trying to solve this crime.

It’s fair for the public to respond to Rena’s statement in the Hartford Courant blaming the public for his suicide.

One just has to search online beginning on 24 May and read and listen, play the clips, listen to the radio shows. Notice whom was granting interviews with News outlets, appealing to the public several times on radio shows with Chaz and AJ, giving statements galore before and after court, encouraging tv shows.

Facts: Attorneys for the prosecution and others arrested have remained tight lipped. LE provided limited statements that were brief and emphasized the notion of an ongoing investigation and really provided as a courtesy to the public given the nature of the arrests and public safety concerns as they do for all cases not limited to this one. Victim’s family spokeswoman’s statements are respectful.

We are here for a reason and we want justice for Jennifer. Moo

I agree about the translator, but it's really important in the long run to assure she has no grounds for a mistrial, IF, and WHEN, she is convicted of accessory to murder. Not one iota of a grounds for mistrial.

I agree with that theory as well. FD would rather be dead then live in a jail cell for the rest of his life. He knew he was going to be exposed for the fraud his actions would prove him to be and he could not face that. Even in his suicide note, he had to lie to cover up his humiliation and instead tried to appear like a victim...poor me, the public thinks I’m guilty so I’ll just kill myself to make it stop. @@
If you’re innocent, and you’ve got kids, suicide is never an option. Fotis was a phony. IMO
