We've alluded to the possibility that MT was jealous of JFD in the past....and dang, I don't think these things are a coincidence...

Two days before the one-year anniversary of JFD's disappearance, MT came out with the headline announcement written in English:

Now, a day before JFD's birthday, MT and her family have tried to capture the headlines again--in English. There were/are some deep-seeded jealousies and animosities between MT and JFD we'll probably never fully understand.

However, IMO, these coincidences truly speak to MT's character.

What do we think happened to the 2 "artistic" photographs of Michelle Troconis, on the list of items she wanted out of the house that Jennifer paid for, the house still tied up in court with not equity left???

AS did NOT like being called out on his BS in front of the judge so he acted like a child in the middle of a tantrum IMO. MOO. Still not sure of AS's grounds for requesting sanctions though. Any idea?

Sorry I'm a few days behind on the thread, lawyers have no legal obligation to inform another lawyer prior to requesting sanctions against them, and AS should know that so I don't even know why he would bring that up. I did a quick review of the ABA rules of professional conduct and since the Judge brought up rule 3.6, I'm thinking the only thing the only thing that AS could have claimed against Colangelo is section A:

"A. A lawyer who is participating or has participated in the investigation or litigation of a matter shall not make an extrajudicial statement that the lawyer knows or reasonably should know will be disseminated by means of public communication and will have a substantial likelihood of materially prejudicing an adjudicative proceeding in the matter."

I'm guessing AS may have tried to make the argument that asking for sanctions creates prejudicing the future jury or Judge against him given the media exposure in this case, but IMO its a very weak argument. The legal world is very small, everyone knows everyone and you generally run into/work with the same people, everyone knows everyone's business, so a lawyer's reputation is very important. Once a lawyer gets a reputation for being shady or is accused of being so, it can be hard to recover from so IME asking for sanctions against another lawyer is very serious, especially when its done in open court and on the record. Im not practicing yet so Im not an expert and could be wrong, but ive gathered its professional courtesy to request sanctions in chambers or by approaching the bench. Doing so sufficiently reprimands the lawyer without calling them out in front of their peers or the public. While I do agree sanctions were appropriate here, its generally reserved for more egregious cases (hence the reminder of the ethical rules in the judge's statement, but lack of sanctions given). However, AS has been officially put on notice now and I think he'll be on a shorter leash going forward. JMO and hopefully this makes sense

I believe MT received the artistic (otherwise believed to be a NUDE-imo) artwork in her second haul away from 4JX. Let’s just hope it was never hanging where any of the children could see it, say over the master bed, as that would be crass and tactless-though very ‘on brand’ for MT. Doesn’t quite fit the ‘demure’ image she’s attempting to project. MOO

I never really understood how MT still had SUCH a long list of items in the house AFTER FD’s death and AFTER a UHaul family pick-up in October. I wonder if any of the 2nd round items were actually purchased by AC and out of bitterness MT claimed as hers. Hmmm. Perhaps MT even posted AC’s items on her donation ‘pat me on the back’ insta post? Wouldn’t that be ‘on brand’ too? Demand the return of items that MT can’t produce a receipt for and show said items in her possession and on a giveaway post. Eeek. I firmly believe there is much more to discover about this self-boasting ‘demure’ defendant, and it will all come out in time. MOO MOO MOO

That whole thing was suspect from the start: Have we ever heard of MT giving away items to others before? Not that I know of. Who even brags about things they donate to others? And who goes to retrieve items only to then essentially proclaim loudly and publicly, “These were nothing to me.” I have my doubts about whose items those all were because none of that makes any sense and it seemed like what an angry, discarded, old-news lover does to the one who dumped her or the one she was dumped for especially since FD was beyond her clutches then. To me, it just felt like another message, knives in the back and all that, from MT to anyone who had had what she wanted—from FD himself to JD’s money, beauty, and class, and on and on. MOO.

Speaking of something else that seems off, what kind of message was being sent by MT with a widely visible, naked picture of herself displayed in a house where JD’s children visited? It just doesn’t seem appropriate with kids around to say the least. And in the house that was being paid for by JD’s and GF’s money? It seems to me, again, like someone twisting the knife in their victims—figuratively in this specific instance, and JFD’s kids surely are victims in all this as are JD and her family. MT was living with JFD’s husband in a huge house that JD’s money and GF’s money paid for and she still seemed to want to hurt them even more, knowing that those kids were everything to JFD and GF? These actions are not trivial in my view; they speak to a pattern of consuming rage, jealousy, and vindictiveness. I am thankful every day that GF has made sure those kids are safe. MOO.

Thinking about how AS found it, I am reminded of MT's close relationship with a certain couple involved with horses, bikes, cars, and skiing. Am willing to wager they had something to do with the miraculous recovery.

In fact one member of that couple loudly discussed AS's desire to release those interrogation tapes to the public. This was about a month before AS found a "work around" that brought no consequences to him......Check out Marissa Alter's Facebook comments...July 6, 2020, I believe.

3 thoughts as the leaves begin to turn in parts of Pound Ridge, near Mallard Lake:

1. FD knew the area well having built the glass pool house for his in-laws, the accounting for which was raised as a defense by Murray in the civil suit for loan funds owed to the Hilliard Farber Trust. But I still don't believe FD disposed of the body anywhere near where he could have plausibly been. Someone helped FD move the body. MOO.

2. The boxes of accounting documents held by KM's ex partner that disappeared upon dissolution of their partnership...did Smug Attorney Hug follow up on other "assets" of the Estate of Fotis Dulos? What other past real estate deals in the FORE shell game, including 44 Sky View and Employee/Attorney Compensation by like kind real estate pump and dump transactions need to be disclosed before the tax return is filed? I hope Hug knows what due diligence means because the Bennys may decide to sue for breach of fiduciary duty if and when a hasty cover up of attorney shenanigans comes to light. Are there enough red flags to warrant enhanced due diligence of real estate transactions for hidden assets? Smell yes!

3. Recent speculation in the Stamford Advocate that FD's shaved head was an attempt to resemble employee who owned the red truck used to drive into New Canaan. Makes sense. I believe that an extended timeline search for Waze or Google Maps instructions from Farmington/Bloomfield to New Canaan will reveal the identity of who went to New Canaan to assist FD, breaking the prisoners dilemma wide open. KM is betting that MT disappears to Argentina but I don't think MT is worth $1.5MM to her family. Certainly if they hired dogbite specialist AS to replace the well connected attorney she had before. So sorry KM. Time to talk. No deal after the trial begins, the police will have sorted through the computers, cellphones, video, Suburban navigation GPS and KM will be SHOOK with the timeline LE has pieced together. MOO.

I know there is talk of moving the trial so MT gets a fair trial (although Jennifer was not given anything fair). Is there any chance at all that MT’s trial would be by a Judge and not a Jury? I hope not, especially if it is one particular Judge.
