I hope they all remember that she had an expired passport that she was supposed to hand in but didn’t. To anyone who missed that discussion, that expired passport could be reinstated by MAIL; this is not like an expired gift card. The person does not have to go in person to get an expired passport renewed. And then the person has a perfectly valid, usable passport, probably to a country that won’t extradite back to the US. I would not count on another country alerting the US court that MT filed to renew an expired passport by mail.

How can we know that she doesn’t have another expired passport? Judging by the circumstances of the first expired passport she kept, we cannot.

A rhetorical question: Based solely on the arrest warrants and other factual information that we all have read and seen for ourselves, does it seem as though MT can be trusted to tell the truth, to be forthcoming, and to abide by the law and rules? MOO.

I recall the PP was discussed in the Feb hearing. Colangelo doesn't miss much!

MT's device is a Sentinel if an early Middletown Press article is accurate.
Sentinel has a variety of "models" they produce for LE. Without knowing MT's specific model, it is difficult to know the features.

MT definitely needs to abide by the terms of her bail release. She has violated those terms on at least two occasions.

She has not been forthcoming with LE about FD's movements prior to JFD's disappearance. She has not accounted for her "job" with FORE Group prior to JFD's disappearance or after. She has not answered questions about whether or not she visited NY to check of HF's will and JFD's trust. She has not provided viable descriptions of FD's activities from May 24th until his initial arrest.

She has not described what was deleted from her and FORE group's computers and devices.

She provided false information to LE after her initial arrest. She did not respond to LE's attempts to contact her prior to her initial arrest. Basically, she was fully involved in the cover up of criminal activity and probably indulged FD in planning the disappearance. There's a lot she needs to candidly discuss with LE.

And, from a non-legal stand point, she started the whole ball rolling with her decision to relocate herself and her child into the home still occupied by a man's wife and children. SMH....IMO...MOO

We are to believe that MT traveled hours to the Probate Court in NYC and was Not able to Understand a single word of HF's Will?

Then what was the point?

Perhaps Fd should have completed That errand himself.

Any quick Google Search would have informed the pair that the Children's Trusts were Not filed in Probate Court.

Trusts are EXEMPT.

However, I have No Doubt that MT Understood Every English Word of HF's Will.

MT was fine for months until AS came along promising her that she's only being charged because the state needs to recover tax dollars spent on the "Dulo" investigation.

AS says he's waiting on discovery files and then he'll be hitting the networks and talk shows.

One of the amazing points to me is Attorney Schoenhorn's short memory. In the February hearing Judge White addressed the non-financial conditions of bail. He granted MT freedom from drug tests, the ability to leave her tiny 1000 sq ft condo to work and take care of personal matters like grocery shopping, hair cuts, etc. Attorney Schoenhorn DID NOT file a petition to disagree with the newly granted freedom or request further non-financial loosening of bail requirements in the 10-day period open to him in February 2020.

Then he starts asking for more nonfinancial relief in March 2020, after the appropriate filing dealine for such a motion. (And, I question what he felt had changed from early February to mid-March that should grant his client more privileges than had been granted in 4 previous court hearings.) Furthermore, he attempts to be granted a hearing in Bridgeport and then appeals to the State Appellate Court.

Has MT decided the case is over and she can skip on to her former life as a "fading ingenue"? Perhaps, her new found faith and followers have told her she's really a good girl from a good family, and she is entitled to a good life. Beats me??

Or is Schoenhorn beginning to dream of interviews and book deals and making a last hurrah before his retirement? Or, have his cohorts egged him on feeling the State is in a weakened position and is likely to cave-in to silly demands? Perhaps, he now feels that the death of one woman is not worth all the fuss of a trial to the average man on the street? I don't know. and I'm left wondering....Surely the children and family of JFD deserve some resolution other than the exit FD decided to take.

MT is not simple or innocent. She is a 45-year-old woman who participated in the crime of murder, IMO. Even in her third interview with LE she could not admit that FD was not at 4JX on the morning of May 24, 2019. She protected FD through her final police interviews. She had no regard for JFD...no compassion for another woman and mother....she was willing to live on the money from JFD's family to continue traveling, living, and playing with FD. And, IMO, she should have much more to say about the time before and after JFD's death.

Makes me wonder if she is still protecting herself. From financial misappropriation of funds or funny-money business? From hide the money in Greece business? There is more MT can tell LE to help them solve the disappearance of JFD.

Yes, deadlines are really important. I think JS actually had the right to file a motion for reconsideration of Judge White's ruling in the trial court (within the time limit)--before filing an appeal to the AC.

I googled "Schoenhorn" for translation. Says it's Dutch for "shoehorn". Is JS the shoehorn trying to wedge MT's foot into the glass slipper to make her into a princess? Is that how she got to the front of the line of other criminal defendants asking for a hearing?

Really. Wonder if it was in Spanish. Wonder if all her therapy clients only spoke Spanish.
I looked at court docs available online. She had co-defendant, scroll to bottom and Yes foe interpreter is checked, Spanish indicated. It does not say if for either defendant or for both.
