Stupid juror, did not need him/her anyway.

Court back in session. Judge brings up the matter of the remark made near the elevators to an attorney for the prosecution again. He indicates that the remark was misattributed to a Marshal, but in fact it was one of the jurors rather than a Marshal that made the comment "we love you" to Liz Moran, an attorney with the prosecution. So, this must be addressed now by the Court.

ETA: Troubling, as there were reportedly 2 jurors present. And the juror said, "we," which possibly implies some discussion between jurors.

Swearing in a witness to the exchange. Marshal Avarado (spelling?)

He describes traveling in the elevator with two jurors.

Atty Moran turned back/away. The Marshal said "Thanks, Liz." Then a juror, according to the Marshal, said, "we love you."

Judge is now questioning that male juror. Camera and audio feed off.

Could just be a juror who wants off the case. Could be worse and lead to a mistrial. Depends on what the juror being questioned has to say. The "We" in the statement is a bit troubling - potentially

Honestly. The jurors were just sworn in and admonished last week. What was this one thinking? But now at least two alternates are vulnerable to dismissal. One who said it, one who heard it, and then whatever "we" represents. Foolish. Aggravating. Taking up the Court's time. Giving the Defense fodder later. Risking downsizing the jury at a time when there's a lot of trial ahead and enough jurors need to remain seated to reach a verdict. I hope this comment doesn't indicate ongoing conversation in the jury room because the jury is sacred in our justice system. Mistrial is real.

Hope the judge can seal the weakness in the dam here. And all parties are agreed.

Peculiar to have formed an opinion of State's staff. We haven't heard from this attorney, she's just assisting with exhibits. Do we assume it was a blanket statement directed at the State altogether?

Please no mistrial.

I have been wondering if there were reporters reporting today.

I hope it stops with this one juror. I wonder if the other alternate is being queried.

I hope this impresses on the remaining jurors how serious their oaths are.

One juror has been dismissed from the #Troconis trial after he admittedly called out to prosecutors and said "ok but we love you" when they declined to get onto the elevator with him, another juror and a marshal after the lunch break. He told judge Randolph he made the comment

The attorney is an attractive female. Perhaps the juror is male and this was his lame attempt at expressing his appreciation of that. Regardless, it was foolish and inappropriate. He'd been given instructions not to interact with courtroom players.

Maybe my memory is failing me, but wasn't the 1st divorce of FD an amicable one and the fact he was dating JFD just a matter of paperwork not being finalized yet? Not like they are trying to infer that JFD was a homewrecker like MT.
