FWIW I think if Mama Troconis is going to testify that she should NOT be in the Courtroom until such time as she testifies. Her history as such indicates she at best has a 'convenient grasp' of the truth and sitting in Court allows her the benefit of putting her story together in advance of her going on the stand.

Welcome to the circus!

So were the keys a red herring all along? Or we're just not discussing them because there was no definitive DNA evidence gleaned from them?
The Judge relied upon the witness giving testimony at the time to determine whether the keys could come in and found that, since the witness did no further testing of them, they were not admissible. The State should have used another witness who may have done something with those keys to develop their value as evidence to bring them in.

Pejorative reference to hand written TIMELINES! TP wants this removed!

Everyone wave to TP as it appears he/his folks are here! TPs attempt to bring creditability to these hand written notes is quite simply ridiculous. Let TP bring in actual records or bring in the corporate providers with official records.

Ridiculous MOO

SS describes the court order, FD was supposed to be in her sight and hearing line. FD was not allowed in the house, was not allowed to enter the property without supervision.

This was her first time supervising FD.

Arrived at 3:25. JFd and the 5 condensed were in the driveway, playing basketball. Doesn't recall if garage doors were open.

FD arrived in a black Suburban. Children noticed his haircut. Laughed, joked, jumped on him and rubbed his head. FD brought food. Gave a cake to JFd, she went in the house, came back out without the cake. Salad. Candy. Chocolate bunnies for the children.

JFd commented that she liked chocolate. FD said maybe one of the children would share. FD broke off a piece, gave it to JFd who ate it. No hug, no touching. Amicable.

JFd asked about the plan for Grace Farms, time of return, etc.

Left. Returned at 6:20. Sat in the front seat.

Planned to eat at the picnic table in the backyard.

FD sent C in to see if JFd wanted to join them. C reported she did not.

FD directed the children to get dishes.

JFd did not bring the cake out. Doesn't recall who did.

Children cleaned up.

Children returned to playing basketball.

Garage door was open.

Didn't touch.

Were cordial.

FD left after 7:37, closer to 7:40.

Did not see FD enter the house or garage at any time.

Is this testimony just to show that he was at the house within a day of the MURDER (not disappearance)?
ETA: Ah, I see. To show he never went IN the house, so why is his DNA there...

Is there a “cheat sheet” posted somewhere that shows the name of the persons that are referenced by their initials in the forum? After a while, at least for me, it all becomes an “alphabet salad”.

JS on cross

JS reviews her training.

JS is schooling the witness on hm mmms

JS asks if she was given information whether it was an amicable or contentious divorce.

Objection, hearsay

Judge: no direct on whether she briefed, so beyond the scope.

State adjusted her objection to beyond the scope, sustained

Her role as parenting supervisor is to make sure the interaction between parents is appropriate, at the request of a parent

Series of objections, mostly sustained. Beyond the scope: Judge: the defense is trying to pry open a door....

Court ordered

Documenting is required.

Is it your job to.... prepare... be accurate... everything you observed....

Attys are conferring
