10:45 .m. Thursday/Update at 11 a.m. Thursday: A spokesman involved in the Casey Anthony case used the words loss of a life in an interview on Wednesday with CNN when talking about Caylee Anthony. This has caught the attention of the Orange-Osceola State Attorneys Office, which said on Thursday it requires further investigation. Here is the full quote:
This is a very serious case involving not just the loss of a life of this little girl, but the loss of whatever is going to happen to Casey Anthony.
WESH 2 News reporter Bob Kealing just talked with Black, who serves as a spokesman for Caseys attorney, Jose Baez, to ask more about what he meant. Black said the quote was taken out of context, and that he was actually responding to a bad joke someone else made about Caylee being dead. He said he absolutely believes Caylee is alive.
On Wednesday afternoon, Judge Strickland ruled that two of the motions that Jose Baez presented have been denied. Strickland denied the motion to Seal and the Motion for Allowing Defendant to Travel to Places of Interest.

Orange Circuit Judge Stan Strickland will not consider motions to seal documents and allow her to travel. Anthony was indicted and arrested Tuesday on charges including first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee. The toddler was reported missing three months ago. Strickland has not ruled on a motion to preserve forensic evidence or a request to consider additional testing of evidence
