It is likely, from so little information. That this young person was murdered some tome in early to mid 1993.

Perhaps the DC medical Examiner will provide more information regarding race, sex, physical description, etc.

It is likely, from so little information. That this young person was murdered some tome in early to mid 1993.

He is male but agree-- where is the rest of the information, which surely must be in a report: clothing/belongings, height, hair color at least? Was information lost somehow?

Maybe he is a teenager who was reported missing in another area of the country. IMO
