Picketing the police without speaking to them first to find out if there is something that they can help do to find Relisha; like helping doing searches in other areas, or helping answering tip lines, etc is in my humble opinion not the best thing to do.

Getting people together to do something productive is one thing, but getting people together to place blame on LE for not yet having found her is something else.
