I'm confused, I know I read somewhere that he ate the pizza with gloves, or was I dreaming?

That's what was reported.

I never saw it mentioned where W-1 supposedly had to get the keys from (does anybody know?).

I was thinking that perhaps W-1 accidentally said he/she went into the house to get the keys which would have placed him/her in the vicinity of the killers. Or, perhaps W-1 has a copy of the car key and didn't want anybody to know.

Also, is there a chance the car was locked as in the initial statement and the second part where W-1 said they lied about the car being locked was the actual lie? (I skimmed the docs again and didn't see if the locked/unlocked part was backed up by texts or other witnesses).

W-1 first said he got keys in the garage, then later said car was unlocked.

Perhaps there are two red cars?

Is it true there are five family cars?

We know one was a blue Porsche..

I would think (correct if I'm wrong) that 99.99999% of us here think that W-1 = driver. He would have car keys on his person :moo: would he not?  hmmm...I guess I'm not sure if he would if he wasn't "working" at the time. Thanks for making me reconsider. :seeya:

ETA: I have a friend who is estate manager for the richest person in the state. I'm gonna drop a question to IT :floorlaugh: to see what IT says on this matter. If a driver has car keys when not working.

Maybe this is one of the things the PC means when she said there had been a lot of misreporting to the press?

They didn't find any fingerprints of pizza boxes as far as I can tell. So he could have eaten pizza wearing gloves. But the fingerprint was found on the water bottle. So, he or somebody else could have drunk the water without gloves.

I am curious about Wednesday and how SS and NG got to the martial arts studio and to their respective homes. Did SS drive himself to work that day? Or did the driver transport him? Did the driver drive NG too?

The driver received a text from SS on Wednesday. What was it about? I would imagine SS texts the driver regularly - what was so special about this particular text that it is mentioned in the Charging Documents? When did it arrive?

If I recall correctly, the driver was at the martial arts studio with SS and AG on Wednesday. It's possible he drove all of them. I would assume the driver has his own car, so if he drives SS around, does he leave his own car at SS's house during the day? Did he bring SS home and then get in his own car and bring chatty NG home? (Speculation alert....I'm not claiming this to be a fact.)

I'm just trying to figure out WEDNESDAY activities for the driver.

JMO, speculation, pondering what we know as of now.

When you take that bite up to the crust your lips/teeth leave saliva/spittle or bite marks and with that you get dna. jmo idk

Forensics specialists were probably able to extract some DNA from saliva from the pizza crusts left in the box--likely a difficult task, because the suspect had set the house on fire before leaving. When they ran the DNA through the police database to identify a suspect, they found a match with Daron Dylon Wint, a 34-year-old Maryland resident. Wint has been in trouble with the law before, having been previously charged with theft, assault, and sexual assault, which is why his DNA was in the database in the first place.

Usually, a driver WILL have IT's own set of keys. IMO

(a few people I know have drivers, they all carry their own set)

I know, I was referring to the prints in the water bottle, it's not rational (but it's possible ) that he ate the pizza with gloves and drank from the water bottle without them. At this stage I'm starting to believe anything is possible in this case.

The only room with fire damage was the boy's room, with some damage to the bathroom.

The pizza boxes were found in the bedroom where the other three bodies were found.

Saliva DNA is easy to work with.

Wint HOPED the pizza would be destroyed, but it wasn't. Thank goodness!

It might be somebody else's fingerprint. They haven't said the fingerprint on water bottle was his.

He probably did. I just didn't know if it was established as fact. The charging docs just said he located a key, and I didn't know if that meant it was supposedly on his person or elsewhere.

He said that at first, and then admitted HE LIED and the car was unlocked. :moo: Stating he admitted "lying" vs. being mistaken are two different things in my book :moo: That word is a STRONG legal word :moo: and charges later ?could? be done for "lying" in an interview.

I was going to ask that, thank you for clarifying.

Oh yes. But my point was that the water bottle was used by ANOTHER person! They have DNA from family and Witt, so thinking that the water bottle could have ANOTHER person's DNA on the mouth, or fingerprints which might give touch DNA. Yes, I know that they asked for Witt's fingerprints, but I was just thinking another avenue that's all.

Thanks for the oppportunity to clarify my point. I'm thinking they may want to exclude him from the bottle if other prints or.... they just want his prints for other reasons.

An expert stated that saliva has so much DNA they have to dilute it for testing. jmo

I'm still wondering why the perps were found with so many money orders?
The one time I bought a money order was at a convenience store. I could have sworn that the "to" section had to be filled in before the completion of the sale. Is that still the way it works? When I first read the early arrest reports, even though I read money orders, my mind heard it as "traveler's checks." When later I saw it was money orders, I was confounded, big time.
