And it burns my butt that he is manipulating their faith as well. Daddy found God and Jesus is standing right next to him? WTH??? That was said for the purpose of manipulation. These girls were very spiritual and used to pray every night with their mother so this "revolution" that he "shared" with them is probably HUGE to these two little girls! What a snake!

Mummert forgot to finish this idea... “We've heard that he has made every effort to continue a close and on-going relationship with his children.” AND has made even more effort to brainwash his children to believe he is ABSOLUTELY INNOCENT and will be out of jail when the jury declares him not guilty...

How devastated the girls will be if he is convicted and given Life (no early release or parole in FL... life IS LIFE) or the DP.

It is true that MS is innocent until proven guilty. However, it is clear that what he is doing is detrimental to the girls. I'm sure the judge will see that. But I don't know how this can be handled. I fear it would be more detrimental to the girls to cut off all contact with their father at this time. Hopefully all calls will now be monitored by the GAL or someone impartial to the family.

The goal is always to reunify the kids with the parents after they take the steps to get better and the court approves but this case is so different........

and apparently his lawyers hear differently....Mark did jeopardize the girls when he realized he was being followed. He started to drive erractically

He should be given ONE supervised call per week. That is it.

I think the hearing have proved that he is manipulating his children's thinking which is turning into emotional abuse. I'm so glad I couldn't hear the sounds of those girls crying while on the phone with MS. To hear their hearts breaking would have broken ours.

Uh, excuse me, Sievers allegedly shed tears! The jury is still out on that observation. I think it is an act....he probably yanked a hair out of his nose to cause his eyes to water. DAB NABBIT....
