No, I do NOT believe these "accusations" and "allegations" from ICA, and, her attorneys. ICA and her DT are DESPARATE -- VERY DESPARATE !

Also, ICA would have NEVER left Caylee with her Grandfather if this were the case.

Just beause a family is "dysfunctional" does NOT mean there was any type of sexual abuse.

IF ... A BIG IF this would have happened ... Cindy would have went "ballistic" and got rid of George a LONG TIME AGO ! Cindy would have NEVER allowed this ! She might be "controlling" but she would have drawn the line there !

Why cover and accident ? Little Caylee was found fully clothed including in a pullup ? Ever get a diaper/ pull up wet in pool , water etc? They fall apart very quickly . They swell and burst.....

Would they really carry her around wet ? That t-shirt wasn't something Cindy won't put Caylee in .

Why duct tape her mouth if she drowned? If the soppy diaper didn't matter , water seeping out of her mouth wouldn't matter. Not to be graphic but if you plug one hole, liquids would seep from other orifices. Her ears or eyes weren't duct taped shut .............

I wonder why they didn't go all the way. If you're going to claim GA abused Casey then why not take the logical next step and say he abused Caylee too and that's what caused her death. It could have explained the duct tape and they wouldn't have needed Roy Kronk to move the body. But instead she drowned and it was nobody's fault, and not connected to the abuse claims in the least and the real bad guy is a meter reader who moved the body, so the accusation falls a bit flat. "Yeah, Casey was sexually abused and then Caylee drowned." Uh huh, and...?

I think it's just as likely yes, she was molested as no, she wasn't molested. There is plenty of ends that would tie together if she was, for me. On the other hand, if she is borderline personality d/o, of course she would make this accusation.

In the end for me, it doesn't really matter, because this case is about Caylee, not Casey. And I do believe that Casey is damaged. Due to what, I'm not sure. But I don't believe the rest of the story Baez spun yesterday, and I do believe she is responsible for Caylee's death. And she needs to be found guilty and be punished, molested/abused or not.

No I do not think Casey was sexually abused by George. As an incest survivor myself I am very aware of the implications of calling foul on someone's claim of sexual abuse. In this case I have no problem doing so. The fact that Casey would "disclose" only when facing the music (not to mention the DP) for her lies, tells me everything I need to know. Incest survivors are conditioned, over years of abuse, to sacrifice themselves for their offender - to actually throw themselves under the bus. This has "payback" written all over it and the payback isn't because George molested her but because she's finally being confronted with all of her lies and he's part of that. JMO ~

I don't believe he did molest her but even if he did I don't believe it caused her to be a liar or to kill her daughter or that George hid her body. That whole cockamamie story Baez told sounds ridiculous and is ridiculous. Abused people do not act and do what Casey does. Being a molester would not cause George to be so stupid as to find a dead Caylee and not tell LE about it and go thru this elaborate lie. And Caylee was ICA's responsibility, not GAs.

While the allegation doesn't shock me, I don't buy it. Casey will do anything to try and save her arse. This is yet another example of her selfishness. She only thinks of Casey and how things affect Casey. She had no concern for how her accusations and words affect others.

I have no idea.I didn't see so far any evidence that he did,but you never know.....not saying it's completely impossible.I'd like to see some proof though,words aren't enough,especially when coming from a person on trial for murder.

It's odd, up until yesterday I thought it was possible that there was some abuse going on (not that that justifies murder), but now, after hearing Senor Baez talk about it, ineptly, like he's in a grade-school debate class, I no longer think there's the remotest chance of incest here.

As a matter of fact, my reaction to his entire opening statement, as he blathered on and on, went from "Ok, I guess that's possible" to, "um... what?", to "ok, this is getting silly", to "yawn".

Perhaps Baez is a more clever man than we think and is secretly doing his best to see ICA executed?
