The reason I suspect it may be a sex site or fetish site is because if I go to this link

http://whois.domaintools.com/nummygirl.com

The WHOIS Domain is also called NumMyGirl which sounds very unlike a health food or breast feeding site and more like a sex or fetish site. In my original post I noted it was not proof but possible.

Just wanted to clarify some points after I reviewed Sievers and Company PLLC filings. And then I went down a rabbit hole but this is what I've gathered:

Beginning in 2005, TS was the sole member-manager of the LLC and its registered agent. In April 2009, the registered agent changes from TS to MS. In the capacity of registered agent, MS = contact person for mail/notices sent to the LLC but it doesn't mean he has management authority or an interest in the LLC.

The annual report shows any changes to manager/member status and lists people/entities with an interest in the LLC. April 2009: annual report filed, MS is added and TS is listed as member/manager with no election made to delete her from LLC. In June 2009, the LLC changes the name to PLLC. April 2010 PLLC files annual report, under MANAGING MEMBERS/MANAGERS: MS is the only name listed going forward through 2015.

MS's Universal Communications Unlimited LLC was registered in FL in 2003. TS never had a disclosed interest. In 2007, MS changes the principal place of business to the address of TS's practice in Estero. In the April 2009 annual filing, the principal place of business remains the same (TS office), but the registered agent's (MS) address changes from TS's practice to the home on Jarvis. So, maybe MS was working from a home office in 2009? Wouldn't make sense because at the same time, MS was first added to the PLLC as a registered agent/manager.

Your New Beginning LLC. TS, MS and Sievers LLC have interest in this LLC. In April 2009, the registered agent is changed from Sievers and Company LLC (at practice address) to MS at Jarvis address. Sievers and Company LLC is deleted as a manager/member of Your New Beginning LLC, and MS's address (as a member/manager) is changed to Jarvis. TS remains listed, no change to her address though, it remains the practice address.

In April 2010, Your New Beginning LLC files annual report. Same situation as Sievers and Company PLLC, no individual or entity listed under Manager/Members but MS from 2010 on.

I wonder what else might have happened in 2009/2010 to make sense of all the above changes to 3 LLCs.

If any former patient could confirm to what entity they paid fees, I would great appreciate the information! Restorative Health & Healing? Sievers PLLC? Your New Beginning LLC?

Well, if I recall correctly 2009 was the year there were foreclosure procedures that were then dismissed in late 2009, which is also when they sold split the lot and sold the half with existing house next door. I'm guessing that sale is what corrected and dismissed the foreclosure procedures. Still, though a lot going on, not sure what it all would have to do with restructuring the LLCs since they would have both been on mortgage etc

I thought the nummygirl is registered to a different Mark Siever in Scottsdale, AZ.

As far as his mailbox being full and clients not being able to get their records, I know I would be completely overwhelmed and definitely clinically depressed if my spouse and anchor of my life had died in an accident. I can't imagine how he must feel knowing his best friend like a brother is involved in her violently brutal murder.

I have no idea if any of his family or TS siblings are helping him in any way with this.

We only know of a few people who've said they haven't been able to get their records, maybe there are many who have gotten theirs.

I'm not trying to be contrary, just thinking if it were me. I'm normally an extremely suspicious person and look to the spouse first, but in this case, I can see both sides.

I totally understand being overwhelmed. What I don't understand is being overwhelmed in a way that makes a person not even able to comment regarding patient records and how they can get them, but not too overwhelmed to have the website changed and reportedly send out an email to patients asking them to stay with the practice and the new "like-minded" physician that he was not too overwhelmed to recruit.

http://www.nbc-2.com/story/29591904...-to-patients-practice-will-go-on#.VgS8apdss-U

"We reached out to Mark Sievers about the status of the patients' medical records. He told us he had no comment."

"Earlier in the day, Sievers said he plans to have an interim doctor in place at Teresa's old office by the end of this week. When asked for that doctor's name, he would not provide one."

http://www.drteresasievers.com/

"To Patients

Due to the recent passing of Dr. Sievers, we have arranged to work with a like-minded physician who is available to follow up with patients via phone consult.

We are searching for a like-minded, like-hearted physician to ultimately step into the practice to continue serving your health needs."

I think saying "no comment" actually takes more fortitude than just answering (truthfully or not), which is how so many people get themselves in trouble. For most people, it's hard not to answer a direct question. What's the big secret? If LE has the records, why not just say, they were taken as part of the investigation, and I hope to be able to release them as soon a possible. Or, don't talk to me, ask the sheriff. Or, I'm too overwhelmed to deal with that right now, and I'm going to ask for help; please be patient. Or, talk to my attorney.

MS just seems to have a very selective overwhelmedness that works against him, IMO.

This is what I can't understand - why register that domain name and associate it (if it is sex and not just a kids' cooking site or anime) with your wife's medical practice? That would just be so beyond over-the-top stupid to do that. OMG, could anyone be that naive?

If it's a sex site, I CAN see someone setting him up in some way. CCW and his computer skills again? This goes to a thought I'd put here before about CCW possibly having spycams set up inside the Siever home.

I think a doctor would choose a name that sounded a little more clinical and perhaps a little less risqué.

ack! Parents use the word 'nummy' all the time when feeding babies!

Laughing at where our (me, too!) minds go after sleuthing all kinds of awful things :(

I never heard the term "nummy" but I have heard the term "ninners".

Youtube Nerdy Nummies - totally safe there - it's baking nerdy stuff. Not that there's anything wrong with that...

Double whammy with the names, lol! :drumroll:

Well, the domain trying to be sold now, is registered to a MDSievers as in doctor. I think its breastfeeding, but as they say,the jury is out.

Try MD as in Mark Douglas. It's our guy.

And they are teen mothers. I can totally see her using that word to young mothers.

I just cannot see a MD using the term "nummy" in any capacity, teen mothers or not. Shame on her if she talked down to these teen mothers. But I just cannot imagine that she did.

I was a teen mother, but married, in 1973. Stupid, I know. Anyway, I joined the La Leche League. Nobody called a breast "nummy".

Agree, and if someone is googling for breastfeeding information, they aren't going to use the word nummy.

Plus girl is just wrong. Girls don't breastfeed, women do.

ETA... Try googling nummy. You won't find any breastfeeding sites.

I don’t think TS would ever talk down to teen mothers.

Didn't realize she used it as well... they probably liked the double meaning.

Thanks Leomoon! It was my first attempt at replying via Tapatalk. I could not see your name so was depending on my (horrible) memory when I referred to you as "Lemmon." My sincere apologies and thanks for your guidance!
