By the end of the day, about 200 jurors will have been brought in as potential jurors to serve during the #RodgersTrial. All but about 60 will have been excused by the end of the day.

This group of about 60 potential jurors will face more questioning tomorrow. As a reminder, 12 jurors serve on a jury panel during death penalty cases in Florida. I expect the court will also ask several alternates to serve on the panel.

BINGO!!!! DebGarcia and I are cashing in our chips on that bet! )D) I think the DNA evidence defense just received from FBI kind of sealed his fate. Jurors would cut him zero slack if they were presented with DNA evidence implicating JRR and proving his presence in Teresa's home.

You got that IQ! Shame JRR didnt take the plea. So JRR is throwing all his chips on the jury. Doubt hell get a better deal.

Does anyone remember if JRR had a troubled childhood in the earlier threads? I am still not understanding why he gave up the plea. He might be physically strong but I think he has a hard time comprehending things...….
