"Recovering any forensic evidence was a long shot, but not for the FBI," Hunter said. The FBI recovered a hair from the suit. Hunter is talking about a suit Rodgers wore to work to avoid lead contamination. The hair found on the suit belonged to Jimmy Ray Rodgers.

"I told you earlier that Curtis Wright had been charged as well," Hunter said. He and Mark Sievers were lifelong friends. Over the years they grew apart as they both had families, but prior to 2015 they grew back together, Hunter said.

"Mr. Wright being charged with this crime struck a deal," Hunter said. He struck a deal with the state. "25 years in prison. With his age that might mean he might not get out," Hunter said.

In exchange, Wright agreed to tell you what happened to Teresa Sievers, Hunter said.

Shortly before Teresa's death, Mark sent Wright $600 which was used to rent a car, Hunter said.

Mark Sievers sent Wright "intelligence information," which include aerial maps of the home's neighborhood, codes to get in the house.

Wright expected Sievers home late Sunday night around 11:20 p.m. or 11:30 p.m., Hunter said. He and Mr. Rodgers has suited up in the Sievers home getting ready for Teresa to arrive home, he said.
