I will be online tomorrow to do tweets. It is a 9am start again.
:)OMAMA:) I'm so wiped out emotionally after today. I kept wondering what CWW's attorney was thinking as he spoke. Was she there to protect his plea agreement? Or was she there to insure he did not open an avenue for other possible criminal prosecution? BEACH I am thrilled you are here to see the conclusion of the question you asked Sheriff Scott so many years ago. "Did you suspect Curtis Wayne Wright at the funeral?" YES, MA'AM!!!

I am wiped out too but I need to see what the defense does tomorrow. I am really eager to see jury being picked for Mark soon.

JRR turning beet red when CWW said he told him, "The money for the trip was provided by MS for the murder of his wife." !!!
That spoke volumes to me. It tells me he was caught in a Big Lie, no doubt telling his family he did not know why they were going to Florida and who was picking up the tab for his red Budweiser shirt & black dress shoes! (Yah, I know that sounds snarky, but sometimes the truth "handed back to criminals" can not be delivered without a great deal of irony.) And the "small but important detail of telling JRR to leave his phone behind" also points out that no one can control JRR! I think he jumped out of the pantry and began hitting Teresa because he was afraid her screams would be heard by the neighbors. I think he should also face charges of kidnapping and impeding a person calling for help!
Just wanted to add, not getting paid $10,000 upfront, lying to your family, your employer, your girlfriend, your parole officer and stupidly bringing your cell phone doesn't make JRR a victim of anyone other than his own murderous actions.

Please take care of yourselves. You're all doing a fine job. Thank You.

We want to see this thorough. Still have Mark's trial. This is emotionally draining and exhausting. We are all witnesses, in a sense. The thing that will stick in my mind now is that moment Teresa under attack whispered "Why?" Heart wrenching.

We all knew one of them was in the pantry and now we know who. LE was throwing out bread crumbs to lead us to the answers. CWW stated in many of his talks that TS surprised him coming home early so the only other person there was JRR . So he was in the pantry. I also believe the neighbor when she said she heard screams. I believe that happened as well then enter in JRR to go on his frenzy. The shock and horror that TS had when she saw CWW. I was not prepared for the graphic today. RIP Teresa.

My kitchen is the same layout that Teresa had. I still get chills walking by my pantry.

I don't have a pantry, but in today's world it seems we're best to be on guard in all settings. How sad, huh.

It was much more graphic than I expected. It was a hundred times worse than I ever imagined. Teresa was a doctor and a healer! I'm sure she trusted her evil husband for a long time. I doubt she ever expected to be betrayed by him to such an extent. We all want Justice for Teresa to the maximum.

Short recess, 15min for bathroom etc....
Wow, I wondered just where they parked prior to getting to the house that night, then how they really got in. CW said all doors were unlocked that MS told him would be, CW had the alarm code and garage door code given to him by MS. CW says MS told him the alarm would be off.
They parked in a small apt complex a street or so over from JARVIS— I’ve been all around there but not sure if that’s on the east or west side of Jarvis. Jarvis runs N & S with Alan St on the E side but not sure if street names on the W side.. think there are a couple, will check. Surely they didn’t just walk down Terry St, that runs E & W across the entrance to Alan, Jarvis, and this others there. I-75 is just E of that area with Imperial Pkwy in between.

They’re back in the courtroom now

Hey, Boo! It must have been The Gardens at Bonita Springs Condominiums, just west of Jarvis Rd. It's the complex on Matheson Av and East Terry, across the street from the dog park, where the cadets were searching for evidence. Hope this helps.

Nothing surprises me anymore with criminals. They entered the Sievers house that night right thru the garage door which directly faces the street. At apprx 10:30 at night, in the dark.. that makes some noise but the light comes on & lights up the garage inside. I banged my head over that one, hearing CWW tell it. They were lucky no one happen to see them!
Where they parked (?)... picture a square, E Terry St across the top & Longfellow Ln across the bottom. Running N & S from Terry to Longfellow (starting W to E) is Jarvis Rd, Alan St then Eden Rock Ct. run apprx 1/2 way down. There’s a Senior Living complex SE of Jarvis right on the other side of Longfellow. Just west of that area looks like condos called the Gardens. If they parked & walked from the Senior place, they would’ve walked all the way up Jarvis almost to Terry as Sievers home is the 3rd house down on the left. Unless they went up Alan but they would’ve had to cut thru a yard backing up to Sievers. The Garden condos would be better but CWW said it was an apt parking area. I’ve not seen the dog park that was searched that horrible week, that was my first thought of where they may have parked.

Anyone from down there know that area? We’re just there during Christmas, I’ve been to Jarvis only twice as in feel that’s an invasion on those neighbors for people to go look.

I remember those buildings west of Jarvis Rd were known as the Matheson Gardens Apartments. They must have changed the name when nobody was looking. They do have rentals there and they do look like apartments. It would be the perfect place to park, and appear to be visitors. Visitors from hell, they were!! PS: The right turning lane from Matheson Av into E. Terry St is now a "NO RIGHT TURNS ON RED LIGHT" area. I've seen a lot of people blow it, and the cops are right there at the dog park, having a picnic with tickets! So--watch out, Boo!

So THAT’S where the dog park is—thnx, Arachne! I kept thinking it might be across from Jarvis but never saw when driving all thru there on Terry—lots of traffic during the day. Yeah, they had the cadets all out searching that area that week.
AND changes... when in Estero during Christmas 2015, I drove down to Jarvis for the first time. Did so again in 2016. 2017 I drove down Terry only & noticed a sign as I passed by the Jarvis entrance—stated something like Private Drive or No Thru Traffic, whatever. I figured residents there had that put there as too many curious people were driving thru there as I did those 2 yrs prior.

Wow, I just found this in the docs from a longtime ago. The timing is very close to when Mark's mom came to the house to feed the animals. Bonnie also couldn't re set the alarm either when she left. She was having issues and called Mark and he told her not to worry about it because T was coming back that night....

The Sievers’ alarm company, Statewide Security, conducted a review of the alarm system at the request of detectives which showed the alarm was deactivated on Sunday June 28, 2015 at 6:09 a.m. utilizing Bonnie Sievers provided alarm code which she had used during the previous two days. However, during her interview with detectives, Bonnie stated she did not arrive at the residence until 7:45 a.m.

Yes, Bonnie went early before church that day, to feed the dogs & let them out. When CWW said they went over that morning my first thought was Bonnie, remembering her talking to the detective. MS’s plan & CWW & JRR’s execution of it was all loosely-goosey.

My husband asked me about an hour after the trial ended yesterday how it went. I started crying again when I told him how her last word was "why". It's the last thing i thought about last night and the first thing i thought about this morning. I'm sure there are a bunch of us who are feeling the same way. And most of us never even knew her. I think that vision will haunt her family for the rest of their lives. Heartbreaking.

What really got me about yesterday, is when CWW said “Well what I would have liked to happened is to have had it look like an accident”, SO CASUALLY. My jaw dropped at that point because in that statement he relaxed and didn’t seem scripted. He seemed so cold, like he would do it all over again if he could do it better.

I wonder if Bonnie's mind will change after listening to JRR's trial and she will finally see that MS is guilty?

Exactly! Like it would have somehow made it ok if only it looked like an accident! My jaw dropped!
