Hmmmmm...I am a bit concerned. Either they are really on the ball and are on top of it, making big progress...OR, :facepalm:, maybe, they are overwhelmed, kind of lost, reaching out for help because they need help and none of them have taken charge.

I think seeking clarification is good. This is no easy task for these jurors. They are weighing up if someone should be sentenced to death. If it was me and I had any confusion even about the tiniest details I would look to clear that up.
