Just my ever so humble opinion but I believe this girl knows exactly what she's doing...she's not incompetent and she is most likely smarter than the Dr.s examining her. She knows where Gabriel is and I really believe she would take her chances with a possible death penalty for murder rather than tell anyone where he is.
