I think SeriouslySearching deserves a little credit, for repeatedly bringing up Texas Equusearch to Tony Padilla, on the very first night he posted here with us. Then last night, I'm pretty sure that Blink pushed to seal the deal. By the time Tony logged off, I think he'd contacted Cindy while he was online here and got confirmation that Cindy would be getting in touch with Tim Miller of TES today.
If Mr. Jordan helped to facilitate it, then kudos to him, too!
They all deserve a big hand for their efforts to help!
Let's just hope the Anthonys will follow through, if they truly desire to see Caylee brought home.
I had no idea that the very guy the defense is trying to use to impeach TES is possibly the one who helped initiate their involvement. You just can't make this stuff up.
I trust that since in the defense's motion they attach two statements, one from Mr. Jordan and the other from a woman who says "we went on our own".... Mr. Nejame will be able to make short order of this. What in the world do you think provoked Mr. Jordon to plan in advance of his meeting with defense to bring a tape recorder? In the state’s motion for protective order:
6."Mr. Jordan was subsequently interviewed in the presence of the undersigned on November 5, 2009. Based upon representations made during the course of that interview, the illegally recorded statement may materially conflict with the subsequent interview."

Does that mean during the interview with LDB that J. Jordan admitted he gave the defense a different statement than what he was providing to the state? I didn't know anything about him until I searched his name here on W/S and learned he had an extensive involvement in searching and even sleuthing her myspace pages, etc. Odd that the defense would pick a guy such as he to hang their hat on. Gosh I wish we could hear that tape. I am very upset to see Mr. Miller disparaged and having to go through all of this. How can he possibly be responsible for what folks went to do "on their own"? If TES had no knowledge of it...how can the defense claim to the court that TES made misrepresentations? Motion to modify the courts order

I was humbled by the good, good people who searched through the muck and mire for this baby. God bless Mr. Miller, his family and all of you that donate and volunteer like this post describes. There are heroes here!

Me and 2 others attended the search yesterday(Sat.) There were over 1000 people. Very Hot and Humid. The command post provided unlimited amounts of water, bug spray and were very thankful for each and every volunteer that attended. I was told 3 or more times, thank you for helping with the search.
Our group contained 15 people. We met at a local store parking lot and walked to the search area. We made a 50 foot line with 15 people. We searched in MUD, Nasty ant infested water. The grass and briars were at least up to my thighs and I am 5'8. No hunter would even walk in these conditions. We searched around trees, thinking maybe it would be used as a marker for her later return. We lifted up 8x4 pieces of old tin roofs(rusted), searched under and over every tree stump. We dug up any noticeable mounds of dirt that looked suspcious. We were notified that it is all CONFIDENT info, so cant say what or if we found anything that related to the case. But, it was snake infested, BEES, ANTS and Creepy THINGS EVERYWHERE!!!! We did go off of all roads. If you saw them on a path, they were probably waiting for the others in the group to catch up with the team leader. All groups have a min. of 15 people. They had to do a head count every few minutes, because of the heat and the ages of some of the volunteers.
There was a grandmother of 14 and 2 great grandchildren. She must have been at least 70. She came out ALL by herself... We had to help her thru a bobwired fence. She was slow, but she was determined!!!!!
FYI- we had to wear long sleeves!!! the skeeters were BAD!! Sitting water from the hurricane was everywhere. Heavy backpacks with water, etc.
Would love to go again today, but my legs are killing me!!!
I really enjoyed it, even though it was blistering hot!!! I encourage anyone to join a search. It was a life changing experience!!! I have 4 boys and would love for people to help me if I needed it.. Have a Blessed Day!!" [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=raHlPVJEabU[/ame]
There is something truly phenomenal about the average American.....the defense better hope for lesser people than these to serve on the jury.
