Everybody said that Hackett denied calling Mari for an entire year. I questioned if that was true or not? I wanted to know if Hackett denied the CONTENTS of the calls or the calls itself. I was right if the above is true and Pak was playing Dr. on the phone. It would appear that Mari perhaps became confused. That would not be her fault.

H did deny calling M to the press. He is a beard and a john.
Mari was only temporarily confused in the very beginning - at Pak's 2nd call to Mari
which was Monday morning, May 3, before 8am. 7 minutes later, she was crystal
clear.

As stated, Mari spoke to Pak and Alex for hours,
there is NO phone call from Dr. H about any wayward girls.
NADA NOTHING
NOTHING.

Mary had someone from OB put a worm in her ear about Dr. H.

I'll give you ONE guess who.
He (anonymous OB resident) told me that Mari sat on his porch talking to his wife
about Hackett, wayward girls, and Hackett Hackett Hackett

This same family is paying Ray Ray to sue Hackett Hackett Hackett.
John Ray doesn't have a stitch of evidence in this case to win any lawsuit for
wrongful death. He is barking up the wrong tree.

Doesn't matter. That anonymous family in Oak Beach who has more money than
Santa Claus, and can traffic drugs *ahem cough cough* remember - the pot growing farm,
is paying RayRay to bust H's chops in court. And Ray is just slimey enough to do it.

Some awesome ideas and opinions you are sharing, thanks. They mirror many of my feelings and opinions, most which I have posted on the 'Michael Pak' thread.

I sense there was some relationship/contact between MP and Dr. PCH, on the night in question. As well I have not figured out exactly how SG's body ended up in the marsh, behind Dr. PCH's house. I do not believe Shannan walked there.

I have always wondered if Dr. PCH was, an accomplice after the fact, why he never worked out a deal with Law Enforcement for immunity to roll over on MP. The only reason I can think of is that MP has incriminating information on Dr.PCH relating to other serious crimes. So it is highly imperative both MP and Dr. PCH remain silent about each other.


How is this silence going to be broken? Either forensic evidence (not likely due to how SCPD handled the initial investigation) or if some knowledgeable third party talks.

For the documentary, was Joseph Brewer interviewed?

So “IF” pak is the killer of only shannon gilbert, than why would scpd top brass do all they could to keep the feds out of the investigation? It would appear that SCDP and FBI are frenemies, if you will. SCPD kept Buffalo police, Jersey City police, as well as NYPD out of the investigation. Go figure.

Coletti said Shannan ran and hid under his boat to hide from PAK. Shannan then ran from the boat to Barbara Brennan’s, who called 911.

Who was Melani Vilavencencio?

Robert Shulman confessed to the murder of a woman who had "Melani" tattooed on her, but that was her street name (Kelly Sue Bunting).
Also, he did confess to both Yonkers murders - the one woman, Lisa, who was found in the Runyon Heights section of the city, and the woman who remains UID, who was found down the street from me.

Actually I noticed there were a bunch of serial killers arrested at that time, but I didn't know one or more of those three apparently related killings was attributed to one of them.

So is Melani Vilavencencio considered to be one of his victims? Why is there only one mention of her on Google, and that from an upstate paper?

Anyway, considering all things, a person should draw conclusions from evidence and not from convictions. A conviction only means the police were able to convince a jury. Facts weigh more than sleight of hand.

Law enforcement seems to think there was two serial killers down there and one Did get caught ,Then the other took over when the one was in jail. If I recall something similar was theroized about lisk as well.

Suffolk County DA Thomas Spota, top assistant indicted by feds

Longtime Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota and a top assistant have been indicted by the feds for trying to cover up a disgraced police chief's brutal beating of a suspect.

Brooklyn federal prosecutors announced the charges against the Long Island lawman Wednesday for allegedly obstructing a federal probe into James Burke's 2012 pummeling of a handcuffed man inside a police interview room.

Spota, 76, and Christopher McPartland, 51, the Chief of Investigations and Chief of the Government Corruption Bureau, are charged with offenses including witness tampering conspiracy and obstruction of justice. Rumors and reports have swirled since at least last year that federal prosecutors had their eyes on Spota.

Absolutely the setup to a larger picture. This is going to be national News. LISK Will absolutely be caught and anyone associated with him will have to go into hiding. LISK is not a big political figure, he is an everyday joe blow with a few connections. Likely in his 60's
