A woman was killed and nine people injured in an attack at a vocational college in Kuopio. The attacker used a sable to kill the woman, and he had also a gun (most likely a rifle) with him. He was a student at the school and the police had to shoot him to catch him. This was the fourth school attack in Finland in the last 10 -12 years. One dead in 'sword attack' at Finnish college
