I told Mrs. Green I was offering a 10,000 reward. Call her and ask why it was not posted.

You are saying that Abraham bribed a public official in order to get a driver's license? If he couldn't read, he couldn't take the computerized part of the test. So he just 'bought' his driver's license? Now you are accusing a public official of wrongdoing. Can you back that up? And who was it? That is a pretty hefty accusation you have made, IMO. It certainly needs to be investigated.

I did not serve a years’ probation. Check again. Once I paid the charges the probation was dropped. Trust me I wanted to go all the way through the court system. My lawyer at the time talked me out of it. He said, they would get me on the check charge anyway and that way this would be over with quickly. I could have the charges removed from my record later. ....

No, but you were sentenced to a year's probation on 06/05/2002. The order to terminate probation was on 11/06/2002. So... you served 5 months of probation after being sentenced to 12 months. This happens a lot, once all financial obligations stemming from the charge are taken care of.

The check charge was separate from the false report charge. So, while charges were dropped for insurance fraud, you were sentenced on filing a false police report. Do you have any idea what that alone does to your integrity and reputation?

Is anyone else getting the feeling that this plan was contingent on Abraham not being around? And for some reason, they didn't anticipate a family member reporting him missing.

I certainly do, lbminnesota. It is not looking good for Abraham.

I am just so hoping that LE is having a thorough forensic accounting of the money trail here. Once Abraham had been stripped of his money and his holdings, why keep him around? You can afford to offer a reward if you know it will not have to be paid out, IMO. Especially when it is not widely publicized.

I told Mrs. Green I was offering a 10,000 reward. Call her and ask why it was not posted.

Why wouldn't you call and ask? Surely you would hope that it was being reported so that someone may come forward with information about where Mr. Shakespeare would be so that hopefully you could clear your name. And since you're concerned about your reputation, wouldn't you want to be shown in the best light as possible right now?

ETA: Why wouldn't you tell the POLICE DEPARTMENT that you're offering the reward?

Having a senior moment here. Who is Mrs. Green again?

:waitasec:

TIA

His mom did not complain but she had no idea of what he was giving away until it was frozen. I only agreed to write the book if Abraham would give his portion of the book proceeds to his mom. I wanted her to retire and remodel her kitchen. In Abraham's defense he was going to buy her a house at first but she did not want to move. Since she did not want the house he said you got to wait until the next go around. She would have loved her house remodeled. She should have retired two years ago.

Enough. Give the poor woman Abraham's house. Have you no heart.

My heart goes out to Abraham's mother. Apparently she is elderly and has medical problems. He is her son and she loves him. He has to know that and I think he would have gotten in touch with her if he could. No matter how old a guy gets, he loves his Mom. No matter how bad a guy is, he loves his Mom. Abraham apparently did have a heart because of the article quoted where he was going to do so many good things for people. Being heartsick with the worry of a son's disappearance can cause real health problems.

I have a soft spot in my heart for elderly people. I almost cannot bear it that Abraham's Mom does not know where her son is or if he is even alive. That is a Mom's worst nightmare. And to think that she is being put through all of this agony because of someone else's love of money and material things.

I think it is pretty safe to say that whoever schemed and conned Abraham has no heart.

As for the book, I wouldn't buy it when it is published even if it were marked down to 99 cents! If I want pure fantasy, I will watch a movie on TV.

LaLaw -Had to look it up to remember; she's the reporter that interviewed Moore.

Merissa Green can be reached at merissa.green@theledger.com or 863-401-6968.

Thank you, lbminnesota. I kind of thought that is who Mrs. Green is, but was not entirely sure.

Can't imagine her not mentioning such a reward. $10,000 is not shabby, but information on a missing human being is worth much more than that, IMO.

Dmoore, got some questions for you:

When did you last have contact with Abraham? Was it in person or by phone? If by phone, where did he say he was?

When was the last time you saw him in the flesh?

If the newspapers are true in that you helped him disappear, what did you do to help him?

When you took possession of his home, where did he go to live? When did he move out and you move in?

Shakespeare explains the purpose of Shakespeare & Associates in the Ledger dated 1/17/07. It was dissolved on 9/26/08 instead of filing an annual financial report: ADMIN DISSOLUTION FOR ANNUAL REPORT.

Being a novice to the LLC world, I trying to understand if an LLC can be dissolved prior to reporting if Abraham has invested money in the company. If so, what happened to the money? Cedric Lewis, the attorney listed as registered agent, didn't set it up as a non-profit. And we know that the company was used to flow mortgages to American Medical Professionals (one of the proposed ventures he was fielding?).

I'd like to hear from Cedric Lewis; the attorney that Shakespeare trusted.

Shakespeare talked with the media Thursday in his lawyer's office about his plans for Shakespeare & Associates, a corporation that will create business ventures in real estate, rehabilitation of homes and affordable housing. He also is planning to create a nonprofit corporation that will assist those in need. He's planning to do much more with his business, but Shakespeare said he hasn't finalized the details yet.

He got the idea for the business from one of his friends and he's relying on his longtime friendships with partners Franklin Jackson and Gregory Massey to get the corporation started. Winter Haven lawyer Cedric Lewis has been fielding requests for some of the proposed ventures.

which brings us to when, where, how dee enters the picture.
-remember in seeing lewis as lawyer in any docs that he is same address as dana y moore lawyer

dee,
i seriously doubt his lawyer from the lotto dumped him considering how high profile a case it was. it was assumed the lawyer would recieve 2million from the settlement, but us around here at ws know publicity is worth the same as $ to lawyers.

and if your so close to his mom,she sure didnt speak very highly of you in that one article. pretty much said your a liar and cant be trusted.

and your saying years go by and one day you have direct tv installed, and the guy says hey your the lady that my mexican brother stole her car from.

highly doubtful and unrealistic

DeeDee - why are you talking about Abraham in the past tense? You want out of this 'nightmare'? Here's the solution: TELL THE TRUTH!

Thanks, ! I am glad I never had need for one of them. I was actually being sarcastic, tho.

You all, I'm going to preface this question by admitting, I'm not very smart and this is one confusing story.

Why is offering a reward important or meaningful when it seems one of the reasons Abraham disappeared 'voluntarily' was to get away from all the money woes? Is Abraham likely to come forward to collect a 10G reward to prove he's alive? Is he eligible to collect the reward?

If I were to win the lottery and wanted to disappear, I think it could be fairly easy to do. This situation is much too convoluted to make any sense, in my opinion.
