Good. IMO This needed to be second degree murder, if not first, luring Ms. Owens to an ambush through a door. Please dont forget the assault charge as well. This could result in a consecutive sentence.
Yes, and that is thinking ahead i.e. "pre-meditation."This lady just recently got interested in guns and Stand Your Ground topics. I wouldn’t be surprised if she had visions of being a self defense hero.
I agree. I wish the State District Attorney had reviewed the case and the local decision regarding only pursuing the Aggravated Manslaughter Charge.Good. IMO This needed to be second degree murder, if not first, luring Ms. Owens to an ambush through a door.
Defense has been largely ineffective IMO. At least up to this point. I do not expect the defendant to testify but I guess we shall soon see.
I hope she does. I have a feeling she'll convict herself.Defense has been largely ineffective IMO. At least up to this point. I do not expect the defendant to testify but I guess we shall soon see.
Thank you Boxer! Just catching up too on this……. And sure seems IMO this is undercharged. Wish it was a more severe charge and with some others included perhaps too. And not just lesser included below what was charged. SMH. IANAL. MOOGood. IMO This needed to be second degree murder, if not first, luring Ms. Owens to an ambush through a door.
My opinion, the look on her face isn’t remorse. It’s more like realization she screwed herself with her ignorance & bullying.@cathyrusson
VERDICT WATCH - The jury has begun deliberations in FL v. #SusanLorincz who is charged with manslaughter in the shooting death of her neighbor AJ Owens. Lorincz is claiming self-defense. She did not take the stand. The judge was giving the jury the option to take lunch first and then deliberate. We do not know what they chose. For now, we're assuming deliberations began around 12:10 pm ET.
