These people seem to be in and around the Columbia, MO area....

you're quick radio. I deleted it on my post because I mixed up the name Guy with Gary. Please delete the link on your post if you please as it is a dead end. LaLaw2000, please delete the link also. thanks so much.
sorry.

Does anyone know the name of the girlfriend brother?

I think you might find it on myspace in the doc. media thread. I believe she has two brothers. Her dad owns his own drywall business and the two sons work with him. They are both married and have kids whom it appears they adore. I think one brother lives on Tyler street, just a block away, but not sure.

Need to find out if he is related to G. Sapp who is co-owner with Misty's mom who lives a walk through the woods away. Should also sleuth G. Sapp, no?

found an article on this guy. He prefers post pubescent girls.

Yes, this guy prefers 13 and 14 year olds. To me, Misty looks more to his age group preference. Misty could pass for 13 or 14. Since Haleigh is only 5 years old, I don't know what to make of that. Maybe Misty wasn't there and he took Haleigh.

I just so want Haleigh to be found.

I cannot take credit for this information as I read it at another site.

Name on deed to the Cummings trailer is a G. Sapp. On 1/26/2009, an RSO by the same last name moved to Satuma. 2nd Avenue, Satsuma. He is on the SO site. Please go there and look at him. The first initial is D. middle name Lee. This is one evil looking dude. Could he be the A/C guy? If there was an intruder, then this guy might have a key as he may be related to the landlord.

I am just putting this out there. It is odd that a registered SO moved to the area only 2 weeks prior with the same last name as the landlord. Could this guy have come back later in the night under the guise of checking to see if the A/C (heat) was working? Or the heat pump - whatever he was working on? Maybe the GF was not at home, he had a key and came in, saw Haleigh sleeping and took her? If caught, he could have said it was getting rather cool outside and he wanted to make sure the heat was working. Since SO's cannot be cured, could he have seen an opportunity and taken it?

I am terribly suspicious of the Dad and GF, but I just read this information a few minutes ago and can see how this guy should definately be looked at whether he was actually the A/C guy or not.

*****My opinions and/or theories sometimes change as new information becomes available.

2nd Ave. appears to be SE from Haleigh's home. Looks like there are woods between the two with a populated area to the west. Why do you think he is the A/C guy that LE checked out right away?

Just use the down arrow and closer view a few times to find 2nd Ave.

Thanks, chicoliving. I cannot get the interactive part to work. I needed to know if 2nd Ave. was across the water or the woods from Haleigh's house.

I think the SO D. Sapp is the A/C guy because he has the same last name as the Dad & GF's landlord. I also read that this SO at one time lived in the same town as the bio Mom. Glenn Saint Mary. Then, the GF's brother is married to a Lindsey who co-owns the trailer on Tyler St. with a G. Sapp - same last name as the SO.

Not sure how the septic tanks are placed in FL, but here in VA they are under ground with concrete tops that would be impossible for anyone to get off to place a person inside. There is a small diameter pipe that is capped off on the top which is also too small for a child to fit through. They may be different in FL though. I would be more concerned with wells, especially old ones. Even in our area, we get reports of very old wells found uncapped.

My septic tank is entirely underground and it doesn't even have a cap. You'd never know I have a septic tank, just looking at my back yard.

I am fairly certain that Haleigh's grandfather said in a media interterview that Haleigh was in a Kinder program that was all-day, mon through fri. So that would have meant a morning wake-up call and the need to get out of the house fairly early. I'm sorry I can't find the link. Perhaps another WSer can find this interview out there "on da interwebs"), as my kittah would say......

Yes, we have full-time kinder in FL. My DS in kinder gets on the bus at 7:38am and returns at 3:28pm.

All these SO coincidentally living in such a small, rural area:furious: All these strange family connections:furious: It just all has my head spinning!

It's not really a coincidence. It's getting harder and harder for a registered sex offender to find a place to live. If they do find an area where they can rent, they do tend to congregate there. They have to live somewhere.

That's why almost every town or city tends to have one area with a lot of SO's.

This is a nation-wide probem.

1.4 miles south of Tyler St and Green. I will post a shot for you.

Possible that the Sapp on the deed is owner of the Mobile Home Co. that sold the unit. If it's in-house financing then one would expect to see the financier's name on the deed and title also. Byrds Houseing Center in San Mateo - which is not far from Satsuma might be the place - don't know, maybe someone can check it out. If it's family owned business - may have relatives working there too?

Maybe a mod needs to give a ten minute warning when a thread will get locked, I made a long post with my theory and new fence sitting position and lost it. Ugh!

I am now on the fence. I think the crime scene is staged.

Reasons:

1. The light being turned on, what perp wants to draw attention to themself during and after a crime? Extra risk involved

2. The cinder block being braced, to ensure everyone will believe someone gained entry into and out of the home leaving no question someone entered the home other than the ones living there

3. Never one during the entire two 911 calls does Misty or Ron go outside and look for Haleigh call or yell for her. This isn't natural or for real in the least. Doesn't fit a normal reaction. The first thing a parent would do is clear the home, then begin working outwards to the yard looking for their child. First thing first. Look to see why child has wandered outside in the dark alone without permission or being heard and seen. Get her back inside, call and yell for her over and over.

Never done. Even after they knew LE was on the way to assist them, freeing them up to begin looking outside, plus they were on a cell, giving them mobility to search outside. Not on any reports has this been mentioned or said they searched themselves for her outside. They had time and should have been doing so when LE pulled up.

4. The timing of her being discovered as missing. Right as Ron is on the way home, due to arrive. I don't want to believe they did this, but it's awfully coincidental on several accounts so far which makes it not look good for them. Any parent would run outside looking for their missing child, cinder block or not, they didn't know the child didn't do it, though it's a stretch, still you would want to make certain by checking outside.

If they had ran around looking instead of making the 911 call first people would be critizing them for doing that. I don't think this couple could win no matter what they did. It seems everyone expects them to act like they think they would act if their child disappeared. Not everyone reacts the same way.
I don't know what I would do first. I might be so scared I might not be able to even breathe. Ron has been cleared as he was at work. There is no way that he was involved in Haleigh missing. The police have made that plain. He couldn't have been at work and driven home and a minute later called 911 and have been involved. Unless Haleigh disappeared way earlier in the day there is no way Ron was involved. I don't think he was. That guy was in a panic and desperate to find his daughter. I think he was scared to death when he was talking to the dispatcher. I'll eat my hat if he was involved.

Proping the door open makes total sense to me. How much easier is it to carry a 5 yr old when you don't have to open doors as you leave. Five yr olds aren't light. With the door proped open he didn't have to juggle Haleigh around while he opened it.
