Okay, just watched the Greta interview...Misty as I've already stated is wasted....way wasted and she said something about Haleigh being in front of the TV. I'm now totally convinced that Misty was not in the house when Haleigh disappeared. Either she was not in the house or she was wasted. She keeps changing her story as to where Haleigh was because she doesn't freakin' know.

I have a television in my bedroom at the end of my bed. Doesn't everyone?

there was some discussions back on how heavy a cinder block was and if she could (GF) carry one, it weighs 34lbs, I have one in the yard and weighed it.

propped open what does that mean?

propped open means the door is being "held" or "kept" open by placing the cinder block in front of the door (while it is open)to keep it from closing. Using the block as a doorstop kinda.

Earlier today I read about the ac guy being there and he has been cleared by LE.

How many beds are in one BR?? And a TV??

Misty looks young enough to be dads daughter.....

LE said earlier this evening they have not cleared anyone in this case.

There were two beds according to what I am piecing together and yes..a television.

when the ac guy comes to my store he props open my back door so he can climb up on the roof work on something then come back in to check the themostat and see if cool air is blowing. sometimes this goes on for an hour.
LE prob already knows this abt the a.c. guy. Landlord prob called him to service the unit.

I don't understand your confusion....if the door was locked with a deadbolt, and someone wanted in without unlocking it, they could kick it in or use something to pry it open. Forced entry.

This door was not forced open. According to LE. It being propped open with a cinderblock has nothing to do with it being forced open.

It means the cinder block was put at the bottom of the door to keep the door from shutting..(to keep the door open without anyone holding it).

Throughtout the last few days, not one time has she said anything about an AC guy! Now most AC's would be in the back, so that would be a reason for the door to be unlocked!
She is guilty of something! It might just be a lie, but something for sure!

Last night in one of these many threads there was mention of the AC guy and that LE had checked him out and he was cleared. Anyone else remember this?

IIRC, a cinder block is not heavy. It can be easily carried long distances by most people. I'm astonished that this isn't common knowledge. I guess people need to get out more.

Bio mom last night on NG. It was so odd the way she was rocking in her chair.

OIC, thanks. But this is the way some people act when they are grieving or hurting emotionally, I've seen it a lot. Not saying you are wrong, but it didn't give me a bad impression at all, I just thought of it as she was maybe nervous, or very tense. Or both.

There's an ongoing Paternity/Custody case in Putnum County, Florida between the parents - Ronald Cummings and Crystal Diane Sheffield.

I found this case yesterday and checked it today and noticed that someone has filed a "contempt of court" charge, which is to be heard in March.

I've posted the docket for this case above.......................

I'm just guessing it's for money, child support.

My observations:

Bio mom doesn't seem to 'close' to Haleigh ... doesn't seem to interested in her and her life, and looks as if she's trying to seem concerned, now that she's missing.

I noticed Dad and GF casually walking around smoking ... as if nothing has happened, very relaxed ... NO WAY would I be that calm.

In reading her MySpace page, the bio-mom seems more focused on her new baby, Chloe.

I have to wonder where Misty's (the girlfriend) parents are? She's 17-years-old, and a minor.

Unless she's disabled, she could carry a cinder block. I have some in my yard and can carry them just fine. I haven't seen the girlfriend, but I doubt she would be any smaller than me, plus she's much younger.

Then I'm a wimp... I can lift and move them but most definitely could not carry them even up some stairs.
