looks as if Takesha's attorney withdrew citing a conflict. previously the public defender's office also had a conflict. she has now been assigned new counsel yet again. sigh

Efrem's case is in the deposition phase from the look of his docket.

Doctors recommendation at the time of the accident (2+ years ago) was to remove him from life support. Who chose to continue the life support? Who chose to care for him at home? Who chose to no longer accept at home nurse care 3x a week?

I see your point. But my understanding is they turned away the replacement nurse after the other one changed agencies. I’m sure even with a nurse, there’s still a substantial amount of care needed. But why go on to have 2 more children.
