LE witness claims he has been on the force for longer than he likes to think about... another unhappy camper?
 
This is wonderful a witness that sounds like he'd rather have root canal than be here and the lawyer that can't figure out that NO ONE watching this can hear a blasted word he says...:banghead:
 
Hi Cuckoo! I quit watching for awhile as I wasn't paying enough attention. So now I am back to follow with you.

This is a very poor stream, but better than no stream.
 
What is up with the defendant and what does he find so amusing?

Earlier the prosecutor said they were about half way done with witness's.

Hi Jewels! I keep hoping that someone tells the State attorney to stay put at the podium. I don't know why the live streams didn't show court activity this morning. oh well like you said better than nothing.

I had someone come to my office for directions to a claims office so I missed his grinning.
 
Put duck tape over crack in windshield to keep it from spreading. Um Ok!

I know duck tape is good for almost anything, I guess it didn't hurt to try.
 
Witness explains the mystery of ductape in defendant's windshield. PB had told him that he was using the tape to prevent a chip from getting worse. Told officer that the tape was missing.
 
Wanna bet the same tape was used on Christian? To suffocate and bind him.

I don't know if it was yesterday or earlier today they showed a picture of the empty roll. I am sure it was used on Christian, I was getting a bad vibe on that.

If defendant told LE that the duct tape was stolen from the car he is sunk if it matches up to waht LE found on the victim.

Maybe the defendant is grinning to lay the ground work for insanity and lunacy?

I think with these witness's taken out of order the duck tape was found already, maybe at his house.

I am not sure about the defendant and the smiling I have seen him do it yesterday and today. Weirdo!
 
I watched the OP closing arguments all day after errands, figured I'd catch up with PB on CC's archives, I gather they didn't stream the whole day, oh well, at least I won't be watching all night, I'm kinda bushed. Thanks for the tweets that went out, I'll what CC did archive and see you all tomorrow (maybe, Roux is up and will probably take all day, but I have no errands. lol)
 
I can't tell if CourtChatter has most of the day of testimony, I just watched 56 minutes (began with a WalMart employee on the stand identifying video of PB buying things), when I forwarded on the player there's another set of 2 hours 26 minutes, and the prosecutor saying he has enough witnesses to go until around 3:30 p.m.:

P.S. Prosecution says they're ahead of schedule and about halfway through their witness list. Most will be rather quick except for one (Roberts?).
 
Pedro and Christian were last seen together at the Best Buy on Archer Road in Gainesville. I believe Christian bought a CD there. Pedro's SUV was last seen on Walmart parking lot video but not the Walmart near Best Buy on Archer Road. It was the Walmart that was on NW 13th Street next to Sam's Club which is north of Archer Rd by several miles. The SUV moved a couple of times, then was parked for nearly 3 hours there. Pedro initially claimed that he left a bleeding and beaten Christian a little farther north on NW 13th Street. But he apparently drove south, then west until he nearly got to Cedar Key. I will look for the last article that states this. I participated in a few of the searches and we began in NW Gainesville area then moved all around Gainesville as tips came in. Interesting that Pedro allegedly states that he left Christian in the diagonally opposite area from the actual 'disposal' site. Christian's father is a fine man who made a point to thank each and every one of the searchers who helped in the search for his son despite the agony he was going through.

I have been reading the old thread from 2012 and haven't finished it yet. I saw where a couple of you searched for Christian.

Was Christian ever found? I haven't read that far yet. I am just now on post 800 and I started last night.

They found Christian. He was partially buried in the area opposite of where Bravo said he let him out of the car after a fight.
