But... Do we know "what" her sentence was? I do not believe I saw that anywhere & I don't have it in my notes!

Do you know? Also - not finding any current articles [at least over here].

It was 4 years, per this article dated June 11, 2024.

Snippet from the article:
"In the agreement, she accepted a four-year sentence in state prison, but because her time served while awaiting trial, her release from the Polk County Jail could come by July. Clerk of Courts records show that, as of last week, she had served 1,415 days (nearly four years) in jail."

August 16, 2024

At times holding back tears, a murder victim’s father had a question Friday for a Bartow trial judge.

Cyril Rollins wanted to know when the man accused of murdering his son in July 2020 will go on trial in Bartow.

T.J. Wiggins was set for trial July 22 in Polk County in the killings of Brandon Rollins, 26, and his friends Keven Springfield, 30, and Damion Tillman, 23. But before that date could arrive, he was transferred into federal custody to await a trial on federal charges at the Hernando Correctional Institution.
[......]
While Wiggins awaits trial in U.S. Middle District of Florida Court in Tampa, a status hearing was held Friday in Bartow on his and several other pending death penalty cases winding through the 10th Judicial Circuit Court.

After his case was schedule for its next status hearing on Dec. 13, the judge and attorneys continued to schedule hearings on several other cases, when a bailiff walked over to Circuit Judge J. Kevin Abdoney for a sidebar conversation.

Just to make sure - @PayrollNerd - this 12/13 hearing date is for the murder case, right? Not the federal case? TIA! :)

@PayrollNerd - when you have time - can you see if this one is updated yet? I have his last hearing for this charge on 8/2/24.

Polk County #2023CF005242A000XX - Firearms possession

TIA!

@Niner I am confused on what is what based on how the article is written. I looked on Hernando County and Wiggins isn't listed at all. I think the Dec 13th has to be Wiggins death penalty case (murders) and the federal case is in Sept.

Snip:
While Wiggins awaits trial in U.S. Middle District of Florida Court in Tampa, a status hearing was held Friday in Bartow on his and several other pending death penalty cases winding through the 10th Judicial Circuit Court.

After his case was schedule for its next status hearing on Dec. 13,......

Snip:
Court records show the federal trial is anticipated in September. The defense has waived Wiggins’ right to a speedy trial through Oct. 31, and motions such as one to suppress evidence remain pending.

I checked this and Wiggins isn't listed on any of the weeks of Sept.

Like I said - me neither - so maybe in October. The schedule went thru 9/27 for Judge Lemmons on the Federal case.
And thanks for the update on Wiggins 4 counts of firearms. Just wondering "why" they separated that from his other cases.

4/19/24 Update: Next status conference hearing on 4/25/24 @ 8:15am. 4/19/24 Docket update: Status conference on 4/25/24. Memo of Court.
4/25/24 Update: Wiggins pleaded guilty to charges against him on April 25 in Bartow during a status hearing for his own upcoming trial, which is now unlikely to happen. The deal with prosecutors in the 10th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office would have Robert Wiggins serve five years in prison & two years of probation, the plea agreement shows. His sentencing would come after his brother’s trial, the agreement said. Before then, he also agreed not to contact any victims’ family members, even indirectly through someone else. He also must provide a DNA sample. With time served in the Polk County Jail since his arrest in 2020, Robert Wiggins could be released shortly after his brother’s eventual trial in Polk County on first-degree murder charges.
4/26/24: Memo of Court. Felony Plea form. 5/4/24: Delete hearing on 5/20/24 & reset status conference hearing on 9/20/24 @ 8:30am. 5/14/24 Docket update: Supplemental Discovery. 5/21/24 Docket update: Supplemental Discovery. 6/5/24 Docket update: Supplemental Discovery.
*Tony Lee J “TJ” Wiggins, Jr. (26/now 30) – All charges status hearings on 10/15/24 & 12/13/24. Jury selection for murder case to begin on 6/10/24 was cancelled & Federal trial will go first. Federal charges case has trial in September/October.
*Mary Clare Whittemore (27/now 31) – Plead guilty to a plea deal. Received a 4 year (1,461) prison sentence. Credit for time served 1,415 days. Left to serve as of 6/14/24 was 46 days, out by 7/30/24.

@PayrollNerd - when you have time - can you see if Robert has any more hearing dates coming up? Otherwise I will put him aside - and continue with TJ's hearings. TIA! :)
