Hasn't CA already fathered a child recently? I guess with a man time doesn't necessarily matter as they can father children with different women at almost any time.
No the article says Kawass, their attorney, is undergoing medical treatment.
The As have Dr. B on the payroll! Well sorta.... Remuneration for services rendered.....

This is interesting if true. You'd think that if you were facing life in prison or worse that you'd like to spread your seed while you still can.

*Trial was set to begin for both-Delayed until March, 2019 (@ 8:30am ET) - FL – Daniel Eric Markel (41) (July 18, 2014) - *Sigfredo Garcia (34) arrested & charged (5/25/16) with 1st degree murder, conspiracy & solicitation of murder. Plead not guilty. No bond. DP case.
Murder for Hire hit-man. They split a $100K payoff for murder.
*Katherine Magbanua (32) (Garcia's wife) arrested (Oct. 2016) & charged with first-degree murder, conspiracy & solicitation of murder were brought together into one case on Tuesday (3/20/18). Plead not guilty.
KM has rejected several offers of immunity for her testimony.
6/21/18 Update: On 6/19 hearing SG’s lawyers failed to show. On 6/20 hearing DA gets to merge SG & KM trials together. Next pretrial hearing 9/18 & 10/4, trial starts 10/8/18.
9/18/18 Update: A trial for two people accused of killing Florida State law professor Dan Markel will not go on as planned next month. A motion by Katherine Magbanua’s attorneys, to continue the case due to one of them needing ongoing medical treatments (one of Magbanua's attorneys has been battling a "life-threatening medical condition".), was accepted by Leon Circuit Judge James Hankinson. Their trials remain joined. Both return for a case management hearing on 11/19. Trial will likely be delayed until at least March, 2019."

*Luis Rivera (33) charged with 1st degree murder. Took a plea deal (Oct. 2017) & plead to 2nd degree murder. Will testify against Garcia & Magbanua. Will receive 19-year sentence to run concurrently with his 12 year Federal time, which he is already serving.
POIs: Wendi Adelson (ex-wife of Markel), her bro Charlie, mom Donna Sue Adelson (68) & father Harvey Adelson.

Sigfredo Garcia and his girlfriend Katherine Magbanua have already spent about two years in Leon County jail as both defense and prosecutors have gathered a ponderous amount of information."
