Thoughts, info, and MY OPINIONS:
June's transcript:
June U's transcript is up on the clerk website. It's a beauty. It's too large to attach. I tried. Get it here, search Magbanua name on the criminal case setting: https://cvweb.clerk.leon.fl.us/public/online_services/search_courts/search_by_name.asp
June gives us oldtimers on this Websleuths thread a shout out toward the end. June told law enforcement to look us up and that she was reading every day back when she was with CA. Says they (meaning Adelsons) all read it. The insight into the Adelson family dynamics and other things are explosive. Great read. Some things to note from it:
Donna claims Dan is back from the grave, haunting them. Charlie knocked up Wendi's ex's boyfriend's nanny. Jeez. How incestuous can one clan be? Unbelievable. He also has women he keeps in Latin America and Asia. What a . June says Charlie wanted her to pop out a kid but not to marry her. June says, "he'll send someone for me now" or something close to that, which refers to a hitman.
For June:
June, girl, being single sucks but come on. You admit you and your family see Charlie for what he has done. I thought it might have been you who popped up to tell us that Charlie reads Webslueths and that he had a baby. LOL. Welcome, and seriously, step away from temptations of hot tubs and BMW's. It's plain desperado now. You're a pretty gal and have your future to look forward to. Don't limit yourself to C-level periodontists who allegedly order hits like a low budget scarface wannabe, okay?
KM's lawyers:
DeCoste has all the charm of a date rapist. Relax, I'm not calling him names, I'm referring to his courtroom charm. Seriously, this dude is channeling his inner Saul Goodman. How does he think this is working on a female jury? Pointing out the appearance of the beard of the undercover -- a hero who goes undercover in human trafficking cases to protect our society from awful evil -- so KM can walk the streets free? Also, he jabbed June U right away to ask her if she had children to hurt her. You can read in the attached transcript, she says Charlie wanted to have a baby with her. Douche move.
I am so annoyed by all the faces Kawass makes. Relax Tara, we all know you're putting on a show, tone it down to make it more real at least. It's not community theatre, its court. Cappleman's low-key demeanor is playing so well against the defense team. All of them.
Crazy that KM started laughing at DeCoste's gross cross of the financial forensic analyst. I can only assume it might have to do with him asking the financial analyst if she had been a VIP cocktail waitress. The commentators on Law and Crime network recap discuss it and how it was a horrible look for KM. "Somebody died," they said.
Newcomers reminder: One of KM's lawyers, DeCoste, "The Charmer," shares an addy with Charlie's lawyer. They share the penthouse suite. Let's hope they have an accurate mailman!

Garcia's lawyer, Saam Zangeneh:
Woooza. The poor guy can't manage to make a coherent point. Sleazy and unorganized.
"You'd agree with me...I'm not sure what I'm doing.... and you'd agree with me....I'm not getting paid for this....you'd agree with me, I'm on TV right now."
June U punched a big hole in his already far-reaching "Charlie is underground drug lord/club-kid theory."
The one good thing Zangeneh gave us is more Lacasse, gossip about the breakup and Wendi's behavior.
Renewed focus on Wendi -- new examples -- Consciousness of Guilt:
The new Lacosse angle has been a real highlight for me. Not only did he discredit Wendi, but he also demolished her character. She carried herself with this bemused amusement as to why she's even there. How nothing was too wrong. Everything is fine. Lying about little things. See Wendi on the stand below.
I'm now thinking it's a likely possibility that Wendi had a hand in both trips, details like the cars (first trip and last trip and both silver sedans like Lacasse) and timing it, so he is fleeing the state. New signs of the guilt of consciousness on June 4th. Pepto and nerves. (Wait -- she sent Lacasse out on an errand that evening?) I think she made a big slip there mentioning the hitman to Lacasse. Who initially said the cost was 15k, but later changed his answer to say that it could have been 50k. See the article below.
AND, prosecutors are making a considerable deal of July 1st when the planning happened. Wendi was home amongst the alledged conspirators at that time.
So the date of the murder - July 18. A previous failed trip by SG and LR in June. And another attempt we don't know about? Does this mean hitmen were sent to Tallahassee THREE TIMES? Let's get McNair on the stand PRONTO.
'That's what we went to go kill that man for': New details emerge in FSU professor's killing
"McNair, who shared a cell with Garcia and two others, came forward in December and told investigators Garcia had talked about being hired to kill someone."
"Garcia said he was approached by his "baby mama," who had been asked by a woman named "Don Adelson" to kill someone for money, McNair told an investigator in a recorded interview."
"Garcia said the same woman had paid $50,000 to two other people, but they took the money and never followed through with the killing, McNair said."
