Yep, you are right, thanks!

I wish it specified whether the calls were for noise at their home, or made by them about noise at another home. Either way, it makes for an interesting dynamic but not necessarily one that would be contentious enough to end up like this, but just curious relatively

I was looking through past articles to see what was said about the dogs because I swear I recall a neighbor saying he was surprised didn't hear dogs, which I took to mean they barked a lot aka possibly the noise complaints.

But anyway, as I was looking through this jumped out, which I'd never noticed before. The part BBM I thought interesting..

"They just asked about any suspicious behavior in the neighborhood - if we heard any dogs barking late that night," said Kevin Zitto Collins.

Nearby neighbor Damien Leport said he heard arguing Monday night outside. He said he noticed a red car in the driveway twice last week that he hadn't seen before."

I dunno, I tend to think anger could spark brutality too. While I do see some problems with the idea of it being a patient or a patient family member, the brutality isn't one of them. Anger can be very passionate. While it doesn't happen often and I'm not sure this fits the typical especially being at her home, there are instances of patients or a family member of murdering the doctor. Just this past winter there was a case in Boston where the son of a cardiac surgeon patient who passed away shot and killed him right at the hospital.

Yes, it happens. The son of an acquaintance, a urologist, was shot and killed in his office by a patient who thought the doctor had not treated him correctly. Long story about that, but yes, it does happen.

I am running a blank right now about one of Dr Sievers' staff members:

We have LS, SH, MS and a Barbara something, brownish hair, shoulder long. Anyone recall her last name? She was giving an interview in one of the News videos just having learned about what happened to the doctor.

Thanks!

Lakshmi, are you from the area as well and do you know or know of the Sievers family? You seem very interested in the info mckazpm is posting so just curious!

I am not from the area but have a second home in Estero, a couple miles away from TS's office. My husband and I are also in the medical field so this case for me has me has added interest.

Remember the video of Teresa's sister talking about Teresa's honesty and others not being so honest? I have to think her sister knows a little bit about the direction the murder investigation is leaning.

One thought I had was the possibility someone in the office was wheeling and dealing in the PED market for example HGH or steroids. Maybe Teresa didn't know about it and recently discovered this illegal activity. IMO the fact that their office did not take insurance helps them to do many things outside the rules.

Can someone with those capabilities start a NEW THREAD please, please? Good timing to move away from pages and pages of nothing to hopefully real new developments.....

I wonder why he said Monday night? Shouldn't it have been Sunday night into Monday morning?

Maybe bad reporting? That is very interesting about the arguing. Hopefully LE knows about the red car. Surely it would have been caught on camera.

I was thinking he meant the Monday before, as in the week prior he heard arguing outside Monday night and had also seen a red car twice during the week. I wonder when the family left for CT and if the arguing outside and/or the red car being there was when they weren't there?

He meant Monday early morning. In a video he says something like "we were just getting ready for work [early Monday morning]..and then all the hollering going on over there".
