Anyone think they can salvage the practice? mho is they may as well shut the doors. Now that its out a convicted felon had access to all their personal information I cant imagine anyone would want to go back there. And after this I dont see how those riding on TS professional reputation doing speaking engagements will get very far.I think the 5 minutes are up and game over. All jmo.

I totally agree with you now! However, the person who planned this did not expect to be caught and that completely alters the picture. MS reopened the practice and had already found an interim physician. I found it surprising that there wasn't at least a month or two to regroup. Other than SH, it appears the same people continued to work there. I feel sorry for all of those associates who worked with and cared for Dr. Sievers. She was obviously one of a kind, and you are correct that once LE blew the lid off of this crime no one will want to be associated with the office.

Teresa was certainly the sole reason for the success of the practice. However, her vision was helping humanity. Teresa helped many people and organizations at no cost. The vision, in the eyes of the mastermind(s), was monetary gain. I don't think it's a coincidence that the television contracts had just been finalized. Think of the additional marketing opportunities for someone to "carry the message forward in memory of Dr. Teresa". There were scheduled seminars that members of her office could present. There was already a major network TV interview that involved a relative and an co-worker. Not to mention the local news interviews of staff. MS had already arranged for a physician to handle patients on an interim basis. The alternative services offered by the practice were still up and running. I believe it suited someone to have a more easily manipulated and less humanitarian doctor as a "figurehead" while illegal and/or unethical enterprises were making money in the background.

Also, does anyone else find it odd that SH didn't return to the practice when MS opened it up again? jmho

I find it odd that the MS opened the practice up again ---I mean every patient went there to see TS --she WAS the practice -MOO

Hey, man. I've been out of the forums for awhile. I heard about the update, considering the arrests of CWW and JR. Is it clear that this was a hit on her? And who do you think is the mastermind?

Within the various discussions today, I believe I heard there were safes---plural...SAFES.
So naturally we here assume that the safe was used to hold money but safes can hold guns, pills, jewelry, cash, gold, coins, cheques, identity papers, incriminating photos or documents, video tapes, wills, prescription pads, divorce documentation, etc, etc

So why would there be a need for safes (plural) ?? Hmmm???

One possibility - the friend of MS (who has his own thread) mentioned that he had a large gun collection. There may have been a gun safe and a separate safe for valuables. jmho

I have a theory of a love triangle that doesn't include MS but I don't think I'm allowed to post it here but it does involve WW and not TS.

I'm definitely onboard with you...

I would think a household would have more than one safe if a person had shotguns or hunting guns. Short of that (and I don't think that applied to the Dr's household) then having multiple safes seems a tad odd to me, iykwim.

In the "verified friend" thread, Skinner says MS owns many guns. Post 61.

Safes (plural) were for guns owned by MS (as explained by Skinner), among other possible valuables. Apparently MS had inherited a collection (for lack of a better word). Skinner said he had sold a number of them over the years and regretted it.

Thanks for asking, but a large number of us have some strong suspicions that can't be discussed without violating the TOS. We're just waiting for, at least, one more arrest. :moo:

Alright then. At least this case seems like it's coming to a close. If this is a hit, it won't be a surprise if LE would make a deal with CWW and/or JR, in order to track down the mastermind. Nothing like clearing up loose ends - that's what detectives do.

See Post #61 by Skinner on Thread *Mark Sievers Verified Friend*
“And MS inherited a bunch, many, guns and gun safes from his dad.”

Actually, it's not against TOS to speculate that MS was the mastermind. You can disagree with it, or doubt it, or try to find ways to poke holes in it, like I am doing after reading about what his close friend Skinner has to say about him.
But there is serious speculation that he arranged his wife's murder.

Yeah, it makes sense, especially with the backgrounds and everything that has happened thus far. I have a theory that has two other people involved and one of them is the common link to TS' practice and thus to WW

I just can't get it out of my mind that MS opened the "practice" again. In post #33 of the verified friends thread he stated that MS is totally devastated, which would be rightfully so, and in a later post says that MS does not want to be around people right now. Yet the practice is re-opened and we know that MS was in the office last Thursday and left around 2PM. That was reported by MSM right after the arrests were made public. Something in my mind says these two things are conflicting.--JMO

Yes, to go all Zen with it, what is the sound of one hand clapping of the other shoe dropping, and how soon till we get to hear it?

I imagine any insurance money will be tied up for a very long time.

Seems like we're not permitted to go there, per ADMIN, or am I not understanding this correctly?
No posting of anything ascertained through sleuthing regarding Mr. Sievers, including public records. If info has been reported by MSM, it's okay, otherwise not okay.

Admin Note:

Allow me to clarify the parameters regarding speculation of Mark Sievers:

He has not been named a suspect or POI. HOWEVER, this is what has changed -

It has definitely been confirmed that CWW and Mr. Sievers have been lifelong close friends. Mark and CWW even shared the same street address at one time, per sources cited. It has been confirmed that he was employed as the IT specialist for Dr. Sievers practice. It has been confirmed by Dr. Siever's sister that Mark has not contacted her since the arrest of his close friend that is charged with murdering her sister. There's more but I'm not going to list them all here. The connections are there. And the connections are confirmed between CWW and JR. We can't possibly expect people to not speculate how those close connections may be related to solving this case. That's what sleuths do - follow the trail of breadcrumbs to hopefully connect the dots. It's a natural curiosity. Sure doesn't mean anyone is correct in their speculations. (And fwiw, neither JR OR CWW were publicly named POIs before their arrest yesterday.)

Also, I have seen some excellent posts expressing very plausible theories that have nothing to do with Mark being involved with the murder of his wife. This is the beauty of Websleuths - remain open-minded while reading and consider ALL theories then give them the weight one feels they deserve.

The line is drawn here:

No posting of anything ascertained through sleuthing regarding Mr. Sievers, including public records. If info has been reported by MSM, it's okay, otherwise not okay.

.... If anyone was to discover irregularities, it would have had to be the person in charge of billing. Period. -Nin

I am curious to know if LE was on their trail or if the tip from the girlfriend broke the case? Did LE already have evidence against one or both men?

There was no tip from the GF. When agents entered the mobile home, she was terrified and spilled her knowledge. She led LEO to where JR buried "lots" of the evidence that he took away from the CS. This includes, allegedly, a bloody jumpsuit, according to a JR neighbor. Perhaps the hammer was buried also.
The meme on JRs FB page about what's she'd say about the hammer was posted on June 19, IIRC. Someone may be able to confirm the date of post. Teresa's step-brother died on Sunday, June 21st and was buried on Thursday the 25th.

NIN brought up a good point. Going all of the way from Missouri to Florida.

When did they leave Missouri? Or did just the one go-- Jimmie?

At any rate, they would know she is coming alone so they would have to leave Missouri how soon if they were driving? I think it was driving because who would bring a bloody jumpsuit on a plane?

I do not think JR openly walked out of the Sievers' home with a bloody jumpsuit. Instead, he placed his evidence into a trash bag or something of that nature.

I see a lot of infractions and that he was an heir in his mother's will.. etc. Maybe these new charges were sealed? JMO I put in Jimmy Rodgers

Jimmy's father was a crook when JR was a young lad. His dad was driving at an alarming rate of speed in an attempt to outrun the police who were chasing him. He died in a fatal car accident as a result. JRs father had a large cache of weapons. These are the same weapons that JR possessed when he was released from jail. JR could have owned more weapons than those belonging to his father. Upon a subsequent LEO visit to his home, the numerous weapons were discovered; hence, JR went to prison for weapons' possession by a felon.

Another fund raiser <modsnip>:

I'm a little behind due to working all weekend, so this may have been brought up...

What's up with how chummy JR's girlfriend, TS, is with CWW in those dailymail/facebook photos? Heads touching and almost cheek-to-cheek.

I'm not necessarily suggesting anything untoward, but it could indicate some power play going on. If I was JR, I would not want even my best friend posing with my girlfriend like that. CWW clearly has some power (i.e. doesn't care what JR thinks), unless they are just super friendly with each other.
Maybe they were so close together because it was a "selfie"?
