I think the anger came when the reporter asked him if he had anything to do with his wifes death.
Id be angry myself and it explains why he would remain silent.
I would too!
Did MS have a college degree? It was said he worked at a casino and was an LPN. If he has law school aspirations he would need a college degree before he applied to law school.
The elderly gentlemen who was in the car in a clip near MS" stepmother's home said the children were not there. That may be. I was kind of hoping that someone from the TS family was down there with the girls. This is when those children need family around. Now, they may not know their aunts and uncles well. They all live out of state and maybe MS won't allow access to them, i dunno. I realize dad is their family.. but dad may be grieving too.. we just don't know. JMO
I really want MS to be innocent so that children don't lose both parents. Is there any chance those 2 perps acted independently? No.. because someone paid JR money (10k) for a weekend job per the girlfriend. If they just stole 10k from the house the case could have ended there. Murder in commission of the robbery.. happens all the time. But it hasn't ended there. LE is going far and wide with their "connectivity". I suppose CWW could have just paid JR if CWW had that kind of cash? There has to be one more person (and maybe 2-3) more, IMO When did the sheriff say we would all say WOW? Was it before or after the 2 perps were arrested? Maybe that was the WOW.. best friend being arrested? MOO
In the meantime, i still do not understand how MS works in the office and home schools the kids. Did they have a private tutor? A lot of people were drawing a salary from that office. TS, MS, LS, SH, plus CWW at times and there may be more. It had to be lucrative. Or was it? Was there a lot of debt somewhere? From a strictly economic standpoint, how did eliminating TS benefit anyone economically with the office as the focus? ( not the life insurance). jmo
First time posting, so my apologies in advance to MODs if I inadvertently violate TOS!
Sheriff has stated that this case is unusual, and states that it has a "Wow" factor and that books and movies would be made about it. Sadly, a spouse offing their mate, regardless of the motive (money, an affair, other conflict) is run of the mill these days, so I have never felt like MS is a suspect in this crime. Also, I trolled his FB page and he seems like a nice normal guy.
Sheriff has also talked a lot about "connectivity" in this. The Sievers' hired WW to be their IT guy because they knew him. It has been reported that WW made regular trips to Florida for the purpose of working on the computers in the office. One can assume then that over time he would naturally develop friendships/relationships with the other people who worked in the office, independent of the Sievers. Who knows how close he might have gotten to someone who may have worked there. (In no way am I implying the Sievers' have any blame for the subsequent crime by saying this.) But, this could be the beginning of the complex and shocking story that LE have described.
If LE considered MS a credible suspect, he would have been arrested first, IMO...if you are the mastermind of a crime, and LE has enough evidence to arrest your best friend from childhood and one of his friends', there is easily enough to arrest you, as well...even if they have to modify the charges later based on new evidence/new understanding of the crime. IMO, LE is directing MS to keep quiet about all of this until they can bring in the remaining co=conspirator(s). I personally think it is one more person.
Here is where I will tread lightly...we should be looking at someone who is common to all of these people...the connectivity is the office. Perhaps someone who might also be close enough to the Sievers that they might have the codes for the alarm system. Someone who exhibited some odd behavior immediately following the death, perhaps. (Pure speculation/opinion on my part...) I am hopeful that once an arrest has been made of someone else, one of you on here had the foresight to screenshot FB pages...all kinds of red flags were present, IMO.
Finally, for the interest of full disclosure, I lived in the neighborhood (probably 1-1.5 miles away) where this crime occurred. I lived on Mattheson Avenue for several years. It ends at Terry St, in Bonita Springs, at the dog park. There is a light at this intersection. Jarvis is a street off Terry, and only accessible from Terry, I believe. The other intersection (Livingston and Terry) also has a light. I am almost positive there are cameras at both of these intersections, meaning LE has a record of EVERYONE who enters and exits Jarvis (unless on foot, of course). If I have a chance, I may try to go by and confirm the lights, as I still live within 10 miles of all of these places. I do not know the Sievers, but do think I met TS at a charity event once. To my knowledge, we have no friends/acquaintances in common, either.
Sorry for lengthy post, but I needed to get this off of my chest. All of this is just my opinion and speculation...thanks!

I have many friends where the wife is the higher paid in the family and its really no big deal.
As for home school there is no set schedule.
I do not think he was in the office every day I have a feeling he worked from home.

I forgot a couple of things...(hard to believe, I know from the length of my other post...LOL):
We have been told that the shrill scream was NOT TS...that the arguing voices did not include her. Maybe murder was not the original intent, but occurred when the interaction between TS and WW/JR spiraled out of control. Perhaps the other conspirator showed up at the home to check on things and found they had killed TS. The shrill scream could be a reaction to the fact that they have now learned they were now an accessory to murder in addition to whatever other crimes they were attempting to cover-up.
Something has really bothered me, and I am looking for confirmation/clarification...has anyone ever heard of a sibling setting up an account for themselves to cover their own expenses. An account to cover burial expenses for the deceased, yes...an account to cover the victim's children education expenses, yes... I believe someone here posted that a sister of TS set up an account for themselves, and I am wanting to confirm that is actually true...thanks!

I don't know how they homeschooled, but I don't see any problems with him being employed in this capacity & homeschooling their girls. Actually, I see it as almost the ideal set up. If it was me, I would have a room at the office the girls could use when they were there. It has been mentioned that TS was very busy, but if the girls spent time at the office she would be able to pop in and out with them. And as someone else said, surely MS had a flexible schedule. It doesn't take that many hours to get through schoolwork with only 2 children. My 11 year olds are fairly independent with their work.
All that being said, they may have chosen to have a tutor of some sort, it just isn't what I normally see. The homeschoolers I know have chosen to homeschool because we want to be the ones teaching our children. Most of us would not make all the sacrifices we make to homeschool just to turn the teaching over to someone else.
I see many red flags in this case, but the homeschooling is not one of them- based on the very little we know.
All just my opinion, of course, and based on my 7 years of homeschooling my 5 kiddos and interacting with many other homeschoolers.

I see no red flags with home schooling.. that was not my point. What i do see is someone who home schools and works. The children cant be left alone. They are young. Was there a nanny? We don't know. jmo
Next question Why did CWW need the office computers for anything? He had his own computers, i am sure. Why would he need to run anything through the office computers? The office didn't accept commercial health insurance and patients paid out of pocket. or so said a former patient who posted here. On the other hand.. there was a site online that showed what meds MEDICARE patients of Dr S were typically prescribed by Dr. S. and that was posted here previously. It appears she also accepted Medicare as there is a site that shows how many procedures (visits) were billed to medicare in 2013. I know what was already discussed here regarding CWW. i just don't see why he needed her computers?? Diverting medicare payments from an account online to himself? Does medicare pay the MDs electronically? That might stop if she is dead. The next MD might not want this computer expert ..might not want any medicare patients etc. IMO, the money flow to CWW or SOMEONE had to improve in their minds if TS was gone.. and i just dont see that happening. JMO
TS was the practice. IMO this muder done for a personal reason. JMO
What if this crime was not supposed to go the way it did.
IMO if this guy was hired to kill TS there was really not much thought put into it.
I think CWW would have been a little more careful so this would not all come back to bite him in the butt. All roads led back to them. and it seems quickly!
I don't think they would have been taking pictures together and hanging out together.
The guy spoke to his boss and told him he was in Fla.
He went into Walmart!
Something does not fit.

No sibling set up a account. A dear friend of the family (so that would include the sibling and Teresa) set it up for the children.
Sometimes on these threads it becomes the telephone game and little tidbits morph into misinformation.
I just wanted to clarify this for Annie.
