Given how much CWW and MS look alike, I feel its possible that the neighbor saw CWW going into JR's place.
I understand there is a height difference but unless standing together, she may not take that into consideration

What if this crime was not supposed to go the way it did.
IMO if this guy was hired to kill TS there was really not much thought put into it.
I think CWW would have been a little more careful so this would not all come back to bite him in the butt. All roads led back to them. and it seems quickly!

I don't think they would have been taking pictures together and hanging out together.
The guy spoke to his boss and told him he was in Fla.
He went into Walmart!

Something does not fit.

Seems like first degree murder to me too, but as someone posted previously they can always change that charge later etc...

Right? I don't think I would be functioning well enough to do anything, let alone keep a practice running and be the point person for patients calls. It's odd that he could do all that, and even have it together enough to take out the trash, but he can't even call his wife's family after the arrest was made of two of her killers. I was wondering what he was doing during this time while waiting to see if and when he will be arrested. Watching old movies? Working out? Madden 16? Nope! Cleaning!

Absolutely! This guys personality is a carbon copy of Scott Peterson. Tbh I do not see anything attractive about this guy looks or personality .. My point is TS was a shining star beauty radiated from inside and outside her love is seen in photos not just for her family but for her patients too. I'm guessing ms woo'd and con'd her and locked her into a marriage seriously look at the photo that made it into the magazine of the family .. It looks like TS is so uneasy pulling away from ms.. She took stunning photos and that one .. One with her husband and children to me screams uneasy

You are correct. We assumed it was him but that hasn't been verified. Someone else could have "borrowed" it.

To me it looked like he barely hanging on by a thread emotionally. Holding it in and trying not to explode. Almost like he's going through the motions of life only because he has to? It's hard to read since people are so very different

Regardless of his guilt or innocence (I am definitely leaning the way most people are) he is being tailed by reporters and certainly LE and he is basically a sitting duck, probably terrified of the next knock on the door. He's all over the media and people are speculating that he hired his best friend and JR to kill his wife. And the sheriff is far from denying it, and in fact, won't even say that the guy is cooperating. That's got to be pretty stressful. He really did look like he might explode. Or implode.

Breaking on WINK...JR sentenced to 6 months for probation violation. He stated in court he does not know the Sievers or anyone else in FL. But neighbor said he saw Mark Sievers at JR's trailer!

I tend to agree with the comments. i think the resemblance is uncanny.
So I can see how someone who was not close with either of them(I am assuming that the neighbor was not)could now, after all the media, be confused as to which one had been there

And for all i know, Mark could have visited regularly

He has had plenty of time to say something thoughtful to the media. Or even to TS's family. He could speak through them, or through his lawyer. He is clamming up for a reason and I kind of doubt it's only because he's been demonized. He could SO easily clear his name, or at least give it the old college try. He knows it's coming.

Thanks I try to keep up but can't possibly without being on here 24/7. So maybe you can answer if you know..who took Dr Sievers place at her practice? I read that they re-opened right away but did they hire a new person or someone else to take her place? TIA

Agree. LE could also, so easily, say how cooperative he is being and how he is not a POI. But they aren't.
