There were a lot of things said on NG last night, imo, that swayed me from being on the fence in regards to MS' guilt, to definitely leaning over that way.
1) The Sheriff confirming that both JR and CWW were at the Wal-Mart prior to her murder, purchasing something related to TS' murder. This basically confirms, imo, that this was premeditated. So all the theories about TS having interrupted a burglary or something like that, are now off the table, at least in my mind. They went there specifically to murder her, which means they MUST have known that she would be the only one returning home that night.
2) The Sheriff said that MS is in an "envelope of suspicion" or something along those lines, in my mind basically confirming that MS has not been eliminated as a suspect yet.
3) The Sheriff said they are aware of more ties between JR and MS.
4) According to JR's boss, who was also on NG last night, JR told him he had gone to Florida to see his brother he hadn't seen in awhile and who just graduated law school. MS had law school aspirations. Coincidence that he would think of that as his cover story? Also, remember CWW and MS referred to themselves as brothers on FB. Did they all call each other "brothers?"
I don't know and I can't say with 100% certainty that he's guilty in this, and I'm still holding out hope that he isn't, but the Sheriff didn't do him any favors last night whatsoever.

When I heard what JR had told his boss, I thought it was way too much of a coinky-dink that he was going to see a "brother" who had recently graduated from "law school" How stupid do they think other people are??? And when will criminals realize MOST people who commit crimes like this get caught and go to prison - it's not rocket science and they certainly aren't rocket scientists!! :jail:
