She wants to go "on tour"?? What does she think she is famous and needs to go on tour? How ridiculous and insane is that! I really hope the judge throws the book at her and gives her at least 10 years in state prison. It's obvious that Nichols girl still thinks this is all one big game.

I know most teens dress like that, with belly and hip chub hanging out all over the place, but you would think someone would have advised her to dress more LOOSELY for a public appearance. Next time they make a public appearance, maybe mom could also take lessons in class... no bare shoulders, etc.

Gawd, I have a soon to be 16 year old and she would not leave the house in a shirt that tight. How about we phone them up and tell her to buy clothes that fit!!! These girls actions just disgust me beyond words. Parenting is not their parents strong suit that's for sure.
Hopefully they have both seen the pics by now, and are appalled. hehe. The could take at least 10 lbs off by simply buying clothes that fit, and standing up straight. I guess she will have plenty of time behind bars to work on her posture and fashion sense.

Sadly she thinks she's popular like a rock star.
It's so true; she's posing around for the cameras and media and all she is learning from this in her warped mind is that you gain fame from committing crimes. Her mother doesn't help matters and is just as bad. For what she did, she should be hanging her head in shame, and instead is attempting to strike a vogue with whatever reporters will bother with her. Pathetic!! What about the poor girl who suffered because of these beasts of bully girls? I wonder what her family is thinking of all this. These girls that beat her up did not learn from their actions.

Polk County prosecutors on Friday dropped charges against three people in connection with the videotaped beating of a Mulberry High School student. Cara Murphy, 16, Zachary Ashley, 17, and Stephen Schumaker, 18, will not be prosecuted in the March 30 attack against Victoria "Tori" Lindsay, 16, Assistant State Attorney Chip Thullbery said.
"Based on further investigation, the state finds there's insufficient evidence to proceed," Thullbery said. He would not elaborate.

That Mercedes and her mother! ugh! They love this negative attention they get; they think they are a Paris Hilton style type and love any such attention whatsoever they can get. Their minutes of "fame" are pathetic and a disgrace, as are their attempts to get more fame. Sometimes i do not understand many of the human race at all. They should have been wearing professional looking dress suits or something of the like to go to court and not some random outfit for the photographers and cameras. The mother is as bad as Mercedes is and is milking for the attention!
