As for the letters... can't believe he is so incredibly stupid to think those won't be used against him. I find this dude repelling.

I don't get why jail house letters should be used in the trial. They have nothing to do with the event and are after thoughts. Doubt they will be let in. Dunn is supposed to be a brilliant programmer so can't be that stupid. He did clean up well for court.

I believe the letters can be used since we see it all the time in many states, including Florida. What is so bad for him is that his girlfriend is, or was, a witness for the State and there he is going over her statement a number of times in those letters. That can't be good at all for him. jmo

IMO, one reason the jailhouse letters would be important evidence at trial is because they show that Dunn has no remorse. He even goes so far as to say that more people should do what he did. JMO. OMO. MOO.

One of my favorite legal bloggers, Andrew Branca, is covering this story. His blog has crime scene photos of the SUV that Dunn shot up. So I searched and found a media source for them (the link is below). I'll also put this in the media thread. I'm no expert but it looks to me like he kept shooting as the teenagers tried to flee. IMO, that is not good for his claims of self defense and that the teens had a weapon.
