I think Dunn shows signs of Asperger's or Aultism. Clearly, he does not have normal reactions. The girlfriend is unbelievably hysterical including wringing hands and tortured expression. What a pair.

It says this 12 minute video is uncut. Kind of choppy, but it is more than i've seen before. Appears RR was in the store less than 3 minutes! Maybe someone else can tell something from the video that I can't make out.

Wouldn't it be cool for a verdict to come down just as he begins his self-serving spiel and to watch the reporters and camera folks just leave him standing there?

She was in very good spirits when she was interviewed by police. I find this quite odd and suspect the demeanor in court was good acting skills.

I wonder if Dunn has decided to plead guilty.
I spent hours reviewing the documents linked by a wonderful poster on the previous thread. It is on www.courtsandsportsradio.com/2013/0...dence-in-Michael-Dunn-Jordan-Davis-case-again.
There was a copious amount of paperwork these detectives put together. In the search of MD car, there were nunchucks in the back seat of the Jetta!
Both the Davis Family and Brunson/Thompson filed civil suits against MD. IIRC, it was stated that the Davis suit had been settled. I don't know about the Brunson/Thompson suit.

Thanks for the updates. Hope the verdict is just and swift. Jordan Davis would have turned 19 on February 16th.

Heard on HLN this am that there were no outdoor cameras at the gas station. If true, thank goodness for the young man who got the license plate number of Dunn's car. I really don't know if he would have been found had LE not had that license plate information. Not sure how much of RR's face is seen in any part of the video inside the store, but from what I've seen I don't think she could be identified either. Wonder if Dunn's story will be featured on, "I Almost Got Away With It"?!

It's on YouTube under Michael Dunn Trial. Day 1 - Part 2, half way through about 33:00. The shots sound 1,2,3 pause for about 2/3 seconds then4,5,6,7 pause another 7/8 seconds then 8, 9, 10. There were about 42 to 44 seconds between the time the driver walked away from the counter and the shots were fired. Plenty of time for the driver to get into the car and put it in gear to backup. The SUV was already moving backwards when shots 4,5,6, 7 were being fired according to testimony. In 7/8 seconds how far away was the SUV when MD continued to fire into it?
