In my opinion, if this man is found not guilty, then the door will be open for almost anyone to shoot another person and claim they saw a gun or felt threatened. There was no evidence of a gun, no witnesses to the threats, the shooter fled the scene without bothering to notify the police, and the defendant was unbelievable on the stand.

It will prove that you don't need anything but a story to kill someone, and that would be a very scary thing.

I hope they get this done tonight. I want them to get it right more.. But with the holiday on monday, I can not imagine the torture for JD family.

I don't know what it is either. figured it might be something New Jersey-ish.

They're Italian long skinny hot peppers. You toss some fresh crushed garlic on them, some extra virgin olive oil and ya slow roast them in a pan. Then you can put them on burgers, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, salads, you name it, they're a mild flavorful kinda hot.

It will prove that you don't need anything but a story to kill someone, and that would be a very scary thing.

That already happens all the time, anyway. If someone shoots someone, all they can hope is that it wasn't taped and they feel like they can just come up with any old story they want. Cops do this all the time. The most interesting is when a cop shoots someone and comes up with their story of self defense and heroics and it turns out the incident actually was filmed somewhere and NOTHING of what they said happened actually happened.
