In my opinion, if this man is found not guilty, then the door will be open for almost anyone to shoot another person and claim they saw a gun or felt threatened. There was no evidence of a gun, no witnesses to the threats, the shooter fled the scene without bothering to notify the police, and the defendant was unbelievable on the stand.
