Well said. You've summed up the way I see this case. Dunn's own statements are what I see as showing his guilt. They don't fit with the evidence. It's simply not a case of justifiable homicide. MOO.

I agree... I think this is a clear cut case of murder.
We know she was not shooting over their heads because He hit the car 9 times. He was in his car for most of that. So he was not aiming in the air..

He is a liar. I think that there are some mistakes I see here, But I am hoping that if they don't agree on the big counts they will hang on them and then at least find on the obvious ones.

Then let another jury take a crack and the big ones.
