Theoretically, she could’ve left GA on Friday or even earlier.

Was the FaceTime with her sister on the 17th the last contact with family until the message on the 26th? Seems like that can’t be right.

Could it be possible she met someone at the Florida/Georgia line? Maybe it is a stretch but MAYBE it is possible she took K because it was ONLY supposed to be a QUICK meet up. She was going to meet someone at the line to maybe get money for an item or something and then drive right back home? Then that person kidnapped them at the line and then drove all the way down to South Florida with them for SOME reason? Then that is where they dumped K off? Maybe the coerced Leila into being quite and all by threatening to do something to K.

I would think the authorities would be looking into that with sightings (also on video cameras at gas stations and such if they were sighted) to see WHO she was with if anyone saw them at any time from Georgia to Florida.

Yes, I agree. We don't know. And since Dad said she was invited for the weekend, I'm thinking Friday night.
And yes 17th was last contact by FaceTime with a sister. iirc, it was for an hour.

I don't know....they brought dogs but I think that was another case (Gia), so not sure. Perhaps someone remembers.

Yes, but seems to me Leila would have been frantic about the boy -- that is if she were still alive. IMO if they had been communicating with each other on FB, she would have mentioned her son and gotten a "read" of whether the person would have wanted a child around when they met. Maybe Leila had no one to take care of him while she was on this little trip, or maybe the babysitter (if she had found one) backed out and she had to take him. So then when they met, maybe they wanted some alone time and/or Kamdyn sneaked outside and got lost. He!!, I dunno. I don't like it...

I didn’t even think of them being open, with COVID. But it’s FL, and they are open!

COVID makes me extra concerned about the seemingly (to me) long span of time she went without contact from family. She’s a very young mother, with a very young child. I’m surprised there weren’t more check ins from family. I wonder if she was distancing herself.

As always with So. FL missing persons, I’m very concerned about the proximity of the Everglades :(

I can't shake the feeling that the entire Florida thing is a red herring.

That she's deceased somewhere in Georgia, and somebody had Kamdyn for a few days, then drove her vehicle to Miramar, left the boy somewhere he'd be found, abandoned the truck somewhere else, and melted into the background.

FaceTime could be done from anywhere there is WiFi/internet. “Hey, I’m at a friends house in GA crashing on the sofa for a few days.” Might be true might not.

Very true. So no telling WHERE she was when she Facetimed. Wonder if the authorities can VERIFY where she was at (specifically) when she Facetimed on the 17th?
