This reads as Lonna pleaded guilty for having sex while her child drowned. That’s simply false. Lonna pleaded guilty to 3rd degree child neglect- normally not a charge associated with a 5 year prison term. She still maintains that Ruben story is a lie and it is very unlikely for a 20 month old to drown in the tub. They’re just too big and developed.
Lonna pleaded to child neglect because she admitted that a few times Ruben had sold drugs at the house when her kids were there too. Not model parenting, but not what is implied!
Lonna was with Chris Barton when he was set up for drug sales. Although Chris had a history and additional charges for opioids and the fight, he was sentenced to 2.5 compared to Lonna’s 7 year sentence for a 1st drug offense.
