I hope they have checked all of the cemeteries, especially the older ones in that area.
It can throw off dogs if they aren't very specialized iirc.

That reminds me of Shelby Dash who killed her little boy, and laid him down near a cemetary. :(

Actually, I was thinking about the graves that were prepared for a burial that day.

I hadn't thought of this yet. There is actually a large cemetery right on San Jose Blvd. but VERY nice and I'm pretty sure that would have been locked up for the night.

Two things I keep thinking about is the street drains. They are large on some roads and with the amount of rain we've had....(grabbed a pic of one in the area)
Also, I hope all of the clothes donation boxes around town have been looked at. Makes me sick to think about these things.

I don't think that the mattress is related, because why would WRE hide a body and leave a bloody mattress out? BUT I'm glad they are testing a section of it. It makes me wonder about the evidence that hackney has alluded to. He said they found a piece of evidence and that the car has be useful.

As for WRE, he is just a lying liar who lies. One who likes to put the blame on others. Blame Lonzie's Dad; blame the detectives for not asking the right questions; blame a 5 year old for wearing down the battery (although, if he was at home babysitting, then why didn't he charge it then?) I just can't with this guy.

Big Hackney fan here too. I'm usually pretty neutral about LE, but if they made shirts with this guys name on the back, I'd buy one!

Where are you Lonzie :(

I wish we could see his photo from the Kangaroo for alot of mud on him, in the car, or tracked into the apt. I still wonder if the load of clothes right before he went back to the apt, if that's true, could be muddy clothes.

It seems WE was raised in a good home by a military family. To wit, his dad and mom.
Pretty sure he isn't dumb. And Hackney knows this as well as WE knows the system.
But WE stepped way out-of-bounds in his life. I have no idea why maybe to spite his parents.
It does seem like LE is putting pressure on Ebron's parents also.
Like any parent, they are only aware and awake as they choose to be.
I'm sorry his dad chose to say that his son was not the kind of monster he was being made out to be.
This case has zero to do w/race and I pray it is never turned around that way.
I do think that WE did have real feelings for Lonzie at least at one time or another.
I can see him leaving him in a place of "rest" near a lot of elaborate welding, like crosses and gates and the like.
Not somewhere frequently used nowadays but maybe visited at different times of the year.
Did he think he did the right thing and bury him? Is that why he is believed to have washed more clothes/his car?
LE clearly stated that evidence was found in/on the car. He seemed very proud and protective of the car.
Maybe he had hood locks installed to prevent someone from stealing it.
I find some truth in his published statements.
Lonzie is likely deceased. Maybe WE doesn't worry too much since he may think that the toddler is "properly" interred?
Welding....

He told the Star the 5-year-old was left with his roommate and wanted to stay there. Lonzie, he told the paper, was asleep in the car[/I].
So when he reported that she was also in the car, but came into the apartment because she was scared?......

Ha ha ha. He's already forgetting the lies he told. That's a biggie. Oops Ebron.

I've noticed in different cases. The killer will scatter the evidence and the body in different places.

It is so frustrating to try to think what these people would do in a drug induced state, but look at Casey, she wasn't on drugs and look at how long it took to figure out where she hid her daughter. But it was a place she knew. I still think Misty or whoever chose the St John river only because they had a house just behind it. Oh well, going back to lunch, say another prayer today is the day.

I agree with you. Casey said in one of her jail house calls to her brother to look around places like the school, when he was asking where should they look. I believe that she was trying to get him to get rid of the body from there. Then poor little Caylee was found near there. The St. Johns River is so vast, it would be easy for someone to disappear.

I just hope and pray little Lonzie is found soon.

If the killer has time and the presence of mind to do so.
Cocaine is a **ll of a drug.
So said Rick James.

Just reading the order of arrest. Ebron claims to have gone to the laundromat and put a load in and returned to the apartment to use cocaine.
The claim so far is that Lonna last saw Lonzie at the laundry mat, at around 8:00 pm. Then she and Ebron and one other person drove to Lonna's workplace to get her there by 8:30 pm. Lonna's boss verified that Lonna exited the driver's seat, went in to work, and Ebron drove away.

Later, at an unverified time, Ebron claims to have gone back to the laundry mat.

Do I have the alleged facts straight so far?

Here's my questions... they need answering by Lonna.

Who was Lonzie left with at the laundry mat with?

Is it possible he was in one of the washers or dryers?

Where was sister during this time?

Was she in the car with mom or left behind with Lonzie?

I hope LE used cadaver dogs in thst laundry mat and sniffed out every single machine in every possible way.

Yeah, but Mr Bright has now said the roommate was home, which would give him access to another phone. LE is looking at three phones in the investigation.
What does the room mates have to say? I wish I could be a fly on the wall for all these interrogations.

All I know is to catch a criminal you have to think like one and that is often a horrible thing, as in cases like this one.
WE's cocky. Not unintelligent.
He may have planned this.
We don't know.
But if he did then he may have had a location to place Lonzie ready and waiting.
I put zero past horrendous people.
We have no idea what he did with this toddler. All we can do, if we dare, is to try to see a scenario in our minds as to what very likely happened.

He said he's cooperative, but won't release his name publicly yet. He's still not gotten the apt back from LE, yellow tape is still up.

A reporter asked if computer history searches were looked into to see if Lonna may be involved in this somehow. He said he's not ruling anything out, and he can't rule anything out. "She's been cooperative with us, and remains cooperative. I'm not nearsided enough not to look into her."

When asked by a reporter if the Chief has talked to Lonna everyday, he said she's responded to him everyday with an account of where she's at, and what she's done that day. Chief Hackney quickly changed the subject to the search. The apt is still being held, and not released back to owner.

They sure ruled that mattress out quickly, makes me think they know what happened, or have prove of something.

Hard to believe it was related. No water stains from recent rain for one. jmo

I know it was raining for a few hours so my guess is the blood would have to have been old and dried to not be washed away with the rain. Seems like he is too smart to dump evidence on the side of the road.

I also don't think he dumped any evidence on the side of the road.
For some reason I think he pre-planned this, it was no accident, and he had Lonzie's bio dad on the hook for it from jump street. From the first second.
Face it, he thinks he has a flashy car (that's irrelevant but funny to me) and he figures police will believe it was stolen.
Police found unnamed evidence in that car.
But still no Lonzie.
I think Lonzie isn't in water but under the ground. Maybe (JMO) WRE is fascinated w/welded and wrought-iron things.
Down the rabbit hole of "too deep" thought I go...
