I could believe that he and or mom (and or someone else) could have drugged her and it ended in an accidental death by overdose or adverse reaction but I'm not sure that I could see him killing her out of rage intentionally.

To me, rage wouldn't be intentional. Rage is uncontrolled where people just snap IMO. But I'm with you in that I don't think he'd kill her intentionally. He was gaining too much benefit there, unfortunately. JS, perhaps, so he could have Maddie all for himself if the courts would allow that as her "step-father" and protector, but not Maddie. I can also see him going into a fit of rage if the way he snaps at people on reddit is any indication. He really goes off at times.

It's been said that JS & SS have a kinky sex life per the interviews with SS's friends. While we don't know what sort of kink that is, perhaps he did whatever it is with Maddie, and she ended up dying due to it. It's horrible to even think of that.

Not wanting to be nitpicky... but Mina never said the that he moved her body "after". He did say "It's our belief she was KILLED in Kissimmee and that he moved her body, and so that's why the Kissimmee Police Dept is the lead investigators now."

Not sure if it makes a difference but I did want to bring that up in the event it does to some folks.

SS was at the party though, and I am 99% certain the party was at grandmother's house? This is gleaned from watching the GH and Court TV interviews, there have been so many I am not sure which one(s) at this point.

Edited to add: and in JS Telemundo interview, SS is seen in the small family cluster with the grandmother, and I believe the aunt and JS. They're all standing off the side of the road near an SUV, talking.

your question, was Madeline somewhere else where he picked her up from and then returned at 8:19am.

sigh....we dont know if he was at the Soto house overnite or if there is an arrival time in the morning.
confirmed by LE: dumpster time 7:35am. no exit time from the complex only a returned time: confirmed 8:19am where Madeline is 'visible' in the car. no exit time when he left with Madeline (believed to be deceased) to dispose of her. and....another timeframe LE asks the public: 1-1:30pm tire/car

I had a thought she was in the complex somewhere originally, and then decided to move her which is why she is seen in the car. big complex, wouldnt walk around, would drive around. perhaps she was hidden somewhere there. LE: "we believed he moved her body" but they dont say from where.

another piece: LE began a search for Madeline and eventually recovered her in an area where supposedly SS was seen 'changing a tire' between 1-1:30pm. supposedly a tip, was the tire seen off? or was he seen just fussing around as if he was preparing to change the tire. the BOLA pic of his car, the wheel is missing the hubcap. is it a spare? was that hub-less car wheel captured on the complex's video when Madeline was 'visible' in the car at 8:19am?

Changing the tire was very fortunate, and a huge part of his downfall. I believe that people pay ( in this lifetime )for the evil that they put out.

I considered that too, thats why I asked if there were any vacant units for sale/rent close to them,( which there are) if they had key safes , and if he had access somehow? but if that were the case I think we would have seen a search warrant and a forensics vehicle, and that hasn't happened. We also know there are 2 entrances/exits into the complex, maybe only one has a camera or maybe they're only reporting what one camera saw. 4010 Santa Maria Dr APT 107, Kissimmee, FL 34741 | Zillow ( this unit is 200 ft away)

I'm still trying to catch up so I'm not sure what others have replied. If it were the autopsy of my child, who was murdered, I don't know if I would put it out there. I would feel like it was nobody's business, honestly. My nosey self would like to know but there's no real value to any of us to know the contents of her report.

If JS is innocent, she has every right to keep it from us. Just one little thing that's private is how I would feel since so much of her precious life has been put there for all of us to see. Thanks to SS she was violated for so many years at her young age and we've been made aware of all of the disgusting details, I would never voluntarily release it. We'll know at least part of it when it goes to trial.

I agree, I phrased that question wrong. I was thinking more about C.O.D I thought she could withhold that also and how that would impact her with social media the way it is.

That could be interpreted this way:
The items found in SS's bedroom could be his clothing. Maddie's clothing could have been in her room. Patterned underwear could be male or female.

Pictures could have one or both of them in different stages of undress. If items seen in the bedrooms matched items depicted in pictures, that would be considered evidence that ties those despicable crimes to SS.

Wouldn’t you hold your child’s photo next to you in those interviews? Wouldn’t you plead 80% of the time if that interview?
Shouldn’t YOU be the one comforted?

And the biggest clue that something wasn’t sitting well with the cops was — no presser by Tuesday morning, with the family behind the LE pleading for Maddie’s safe return.
There was none of that. And now we know why. But, even after his arrest there were no signals from LE that the family was victim to his heinous acts.
