Or perhaps the opposite is true.. the 1st and 3rd murder are related but Monica's has been erroneously associated and is not related.

I thought that too once I Learned she had been accidently located correct?

its hot here tho so they probably were able to estimate how long she was out there

I would think if he lived in the area someone would just be able to ID him from his walk

it reminds of the open of a new Halloween movie or something

Anyone know if this was a really close up shooting - I was surprised that so many shots were fired

What I find significant about the POI's way of walking
is that he never stretch his knees area fully,
his legs are never in a 90 degrees angle, his knees/hollow of the knees alway keeps a bit bendt,
and that gives him that specific kind of walk.

Anyone knows if there is something that cause that?
Anyone knows if there is a name to that kind of walk?

Maybe it is because his legs are long and thin.

I am always impressed with the breadth of experience found in Web Sleuth members. You've done a great job of collating source material. I'd have never come up with this list or the arrest records.

He/she looks quite distinctive, and if she/he lives in a small area of this neighborhood, several people have likely cottoned on to who this is. jmo But, when Monica Hoffa was shot, a homeowner nearby said that she heard 5 gunshots ( and knew the sound to be gunfire). But, I think she didn't call 911, as Monica wasn't found until 2 days later. This might well mean that people in the neighborhood have been fearful to reach out to LE. Perhaps they don't feel that LE will help or protect them. Sad, if true, because I'm convinced someone(s) knows who this shooter is...jmo

These kinds of questions are often sensitive, but there is an underground world in relationships -- a public world, and a private world, and some have a hidden world beyond that. People looking for relationships can end up meeting the wrong person, and then evil comes of it. It's not just gays, but straights, too, that end up dating someone they met somewhere and seems reasonable, but then they realize they met the wrong partner.

Her death could have been a drive by shooting...since she was found in tall grass a couple days later. I was watching 2 news tonight...in ft myers..and they said 2 drive by shootings happened tonight in a co...up near St Pete....thats not to far from tampa. A man walking was shot in the chest...the other drive by put out a back window of a uber...driver.

Traymar, we share the same thoughts: mine with the addition of perp being a 21 yo black male that maybe went to TB Tech and then onto to state university maybe on a track scholarship, maybe flunked out. is back and taking out his frustrations. The perp's running form looks like a trained athalete. Studyied some vids of local talent.

Yes, IMO the perp is local. I think it's someone who wouldn't seem out of place or suspicious, and someone who is familiar with the streets and the layout of the area.

Maybe he/she (but I think he) attended the high school nearby, and probably graduated less than 5 or so years before. Maybe he ran track or cross country.

Probably still lives in the family home and his absences are explained by an excuse of running or hanging out with friends. As stated elsewhere, odds are good he works a day job. Probably a menial job. If the neighborhood has been gentrified, maybe his family lived there pre-gentrification and perhaps he feels ashamed and/or judged.

This is all MOO, and maybe I am just letting my imagination run away with me...

I have just found out that the person I tipped Tampa Police Department about, received a visit by the ATF the day after I provided my tip.

The reason why I find that this is important is that when I contacted the Tampa Police Department with my tip,
the first thing they asked me was "is your suspect black" and I answered "no he is white"

Now what I conclude from this is; that LE probably already know that the suspect is white, because if they knew that the suspect is black, then they would probably not have payed my suspect a visit, because he is white.

I believe that their question "is your suspect black" is a question they ask everyone that provide tips in order to select between tips that can be of interest or not.

Hope this makes sense, but english is not my first languish so I'm not sure my explanation is crystal clear.

Post was regarding the connection between Anthony and ben. Ben rapped and anthony made music for rappers. They both knew eachother according to Anthony's stepmother.

Monica has posted that she has biracial family members. Could this have been racially motivated afterall?

Anthony was clearly into some controversial things. Fandom, posted more than one racey pic related to guns and drugs, a few appeared to be potentially gang related. They were likely reposts and doctored photos as he liked to joke around a lot but he had a habit of rubbing people the wrong way bc he was so unique in his opinions, views and hobbies.

Lastly, while he openly admitted he was gay, he also made comments at times denying that and even posted a borderline pornographic photo with himself and a Caucasian female.

I hate to bring up race, ethnicity and sexual orientation but we live in a sick world and we just don't know yet if they were targeted for any of those reasons.

IMO its just a reflection of light..If you watch closely when he walks away and the light disapears you can see a fold in his/her jacket....Thats all I think it is..just a fold the causes light reflection

Benjamin Mitchell and Anthony Naiboa crossed paths as students a few years ago at Middleton High School in Tampa, Fla., and the city’s Route 9 bus brought their lives together once again this month — with deadly consequences.

At about 9 p.m. on Oct. 9, Mr. Mitchell, 22, was waiting at a bus stop on 15th Street in the city’s Seminole Heights neighborhood, roughly a block from his home, on his way to see his girlfriend. He was shot and killed next to the bus stop, the police said.

Around 8 p.m. on Oct. 19, Mr. Naiboa, 20, was walking a block away on 15th Street toward a Route 9 stop after he had mistakenly jumped on the wrong bus to get home. He was shot and killed on the sidewalk, the police said.

Naiboa was born in the Bronx, the oldest of five siblings. His father said he would take his son to baseball games at the old Yankee Stadium when Anthony was very young.

With his autism, Naiboa was picked on in the New York City public schools, which his father said weren't equipped to cope, so he moved the family to Tampa in 2007.

It was a better opportunity and eventually, Naiboa, through sheer perseverance, graduated with a regular diploma from Middleton High School in April 2016. There, according to his family, Naiboa became acquainted with shooting victim Benjamin Mitchell, who was two years older.

"They knew each other from school," said Maria Rodriguez. "But I don't know if they were friends."

After graduation, Naiboa had a series of jobs. He worked for 717 Parking for about a year, then did a short stint at a paint store before landing a job at GA Foods, which has some 800 temporary workers packing meals for hurricane-ravaged Puerto Rico in a warehouse at 6422 Harney Road in Tampa.

"He was very proud," said father Casimar Naiboa, whose family is Puerto Rican. "He had a job and was doing something constructive."
