Well, I'm a little surprised and left wondering now which year is correct?? We all along have gone on reports that Michelle's Hummer h3 was a 2008 model.. Therefor that is the model that has been thoroughly sleuthed especially in our comparing it to the other Hummer/SUV images from the surveillance video..

Now as of the Namus entry(thanks for posting) it states that Michelle's Hummer was actually a 2007 model and doesn't even list as an h3 model???

I know in the grand scheme of things that seems so minor and unimportant but as for, us and sleuthing for comparisons of the surveillance video images it makes all the difference in the world!!! Would one not agree?? It could possibly negate and/or drastically change the details and info that we have been under the assumption of as "fact" and even possibly ruled out as irrelevant..

Does anyone know which listing is correct for Michelle's actual year, and model of her Hummer?? 2008 h3 or 2007 Hummer or 2007 h2???

No, All I know is we were discussing this area a couple of threads back and then this w/e and today I saw the same vehicle I described. It was only one vehicle, so it maybe family/friends?

I've been staring at this map forever myself, pondering who went where when & in what vehicles. I think the potential routes really depend on who was going where when & in what vehicle.

For instance, in my potential scenario #1 is DS2 drives the Hummer with the kids & god forbid MP (concealed of course) to his parents house & takes S Goldenrod from his place, to 528 West, gets off near Orange Ave (cell phone activity in this vicinity around 4:15) and continues on Sand Lake to Orange Blossom Trail to get the kids to his parents house.

In this scenario, he eventually gets to Walden, but I'm not sure if he has to go back to his condo first to get MP, or is she already with him? This info will dictate his route to Walden....

I don't think that area near Sand Lake and Kirkman has been searched, but it looks pretty secluded.

OK "if" witness saw DS2 was in his red truck with kids at Dads at 4:30 PM...Since NeJames said this....I have to consider the possibility that this occured....Ne James didnt say red truck but if the witness said Hummer I dont think he would have brought it up at all. Im sure LE has found this witness or neighbor by now and asked.

Then its gonna be hard to place DaleJR in the hummer also along this sand lake rd route about the same time.

My theory was Little Dale calls Big Dale at 3:30 and he gets to condo at 4PM and one takes the hummer with Michelle and the other is to drop the kids off at grandmas and then pick the other one up at Walden. I had DaleJr with the hummer and Michelle Iphone and DaleSr with the kids.

But then Mark NeJames coming forward with a witness made me change who was driving what .... so then I had Sr in the hummer and Dale dropping children off and picks up dad... But then that makes the Sr disposing of Michelle in route to walden. But maybe not maybe they have michelle in red truck and Dads job was to just get the hummer somewhere. Dalejr drop off kids, drops off Michelle and picks up dad.

And you know really Michelle could have been left at the condo .. until after the hummer was placed at walden as early as 5PM and both go back to condo and get Michelle at 5:45 and dispose of her in the total opposite direction of the Hummer. Then back to parents home by 8PM drops dad off and goes home again( with or without the kids IDK).

There are so many more possibilities when two people are involved.

P.S. it seems the Hummer and the Iphone was together when the 4:26 text was sent if the pings have the Iphone on SandLake and the witness sighting of the Hummer on SandLake about the same time are factural.

Again all is just theories and speculation on my part...

Sparky (or anyone), do you know what LKA means? Is that "Last Known Address" or "Appearance" or something else?

I see adjacent to that and the date, the time of 15:00. I wonder if this indicates when Michelle might have picked up the kids (later than we might have assumed), or it could be another confirmed sighting of her that only LE knows about. Interestingly, that time is shortly after Ironhorse felt that he spotted her Hummer on the 408 near Alafaya.

I just don't understand what this trust fund is for. A trust is set up for the children. Why, What for? If this is to go and help the caretakers provide for the children, then shouldn't Dale and the ex husband be getting some of this money?

What does it mean by Financial Situation mean? And then they are "Selling" T-shirts, to keep gas and water in their trucks? If you are selling something, then don't you have to collect sales tax on it? Not to sure how that works.

What am I missing here?

Something just doesn't feel right to me and I can't put my finger on it.

I think "some or most or all" of the money can be used for searching since its not spelled out if any is held in reserve for the children....

Maybe (hope) the Tshirt sales are enough to keep the searches going with water and fuel and when Michelle is found the fund then goes to benefit the children ...with college etc.

Maybe if it was two trust funds ....one for seaching and one for the children but most that donate arent concerned about how much is used where...but I think I understand what you're saying.

I wanted to address a few things, so thought I'd go through them point by point.

• First, thanks to everyone who was trying to help me find a news item about a planned search in the area where the Hummer was found. I felt as if I had heard that LE was actually going to begin searching that area soon, not the family or volunteers. But now I think I must have imagined or dreamed it.
  
  
• Seems we still don't have confirmation that the 4:26 "Waterford" text ping took place from Orange/Sand Lake. It may very well be that that was indeed the location for the text in question, but, as Lark2 pointed out, it could as well have been the location of another ping, and not the Waterford ping. I do appreciate those of you who were attempting to find the links confirming that question.
  
  
• I had not heard before that Michelle's shoes were found in the Hummer. I think nothing, or almost nothing, has been revealed about what LE found in the vehicle, except Michelle's handbag. So if you read about the shoes being found there, we need a link to an article!

The location we discussed at the triangle...520 and E Colonial Dr a couple of threads back, there was a large white SUV like a Suburban with ATVS and a large poster of Michelle on the back window in the area today. They were also there this past weekend. I am assuming they are searching, but I don't know who they is.

Yet nothing from LE about this area...what do they know that keeps bringing them out to that area....

I don't know what it is, but this is not the only vehicle I've seen there in the past. I think the truck driver saw DSjr after the 21st and that's what prompted the search at the Brevard Co. line a while back.

ETA: The Wedgefield I believe was on a Friday? I may be wrong and I don't remember the date.

It's most definitly an H3 SUV. I don't know the differences between an 07 and an 08, if there are any. H3s aren't made anymore I guess.

There is the H3 truck or SUT. There are the SUVs. The H3, the H3X and the H3 Alpha. I was thinking H3 or H3X, but the X has a really fancy spare tire cover. The wheels are different between the two also. This info is from this link:

I feel it all the way up here in the Northeast. Pressure on dad, pressure on mom, who are the kids' main babysitters, it seems, pressure on DS Jr. to pay the bills. No word on whether he'll be allowed back to work but I have to think with all that's come out his employer (MASCO) might be reluctant to do.

Maybe this is the part Jr. isn't think through so well. The kids need and MISS their mom, and having full-time custody is a lot different than visitation. What IS he going to do going forward? And I wonder how many times a day he finds himself thinking about Michelle, not only what he did to her, but everything he also lost.

We've seen these cases where the perp dad goes free or unprosecuted. The kids are never the same, and when they're old enough, they'll find out that most people think their dad killed their mom.

He ought to just man up and confess because his life as he used to know it is over anyway.

Did I see a pic that one of y'all took of the DS jr neighbor condo, where you can see the surveillance camera. I'm wanting to see that again, but can't find it for nothing.

I'm also looking for an aerial pic or video showing the vehicles that are parked in the driveways across the street from DS jrs. Seemed like it was a helicopter photo, rather than satellite.

Sparky (or anyone), do you know what LKA means? Is that "Last Known Address" or "Appearance" or something else?

I see adjacent to that and the date, the time of 15:00. I wonder if this indicates when Michelle might have picked up the kids (later than we might have assumed), or it could be another confirmed sighting of her that only LE knows about. Interestingly, that time is shortly after Ironhorse felt that he spotted her Hummer on the 408 near Alafaya.

So I repeat my point in the quotation above: according to the info Sparky provided from the Namus Missing Person's Database, Michelle was last seen alive at 3 PM. This is new information, I believe. It's only 18 minutes before the Hummer arrives at DS II's condo, and it indicates that either she picked up the twins then, or did something else before going to drop off the twins and was positively identified at that time--perhaps even by a video camera.

And given that Ironhorse feels he saw her shortly before that time, it may be that the twins daycare was in the area of 408 and Alafaya, or that she went to that area to take care of a quick task (e.g. run in to a store, gas up, etc.)
