Found this information, BUT I´m not sure wheter this is the Dale Wayne Smith Sr. or Jr.?
However this is in February 1992, and the known conviction of suspect Dale Wayne Smith Jr., is dated Decemeber 10 the very same year of 1992.
So this might be concerning the suspect, and it might be related to his conviction, BUT could be totaly unrelated to the conviction and DWS Jr.

The address mentioned, 2211 Rose Blvd., Orlando, is the very same house that was searched this Sunday, and also the house where DWS Sr. was seen in a video saying that DWS Jr. was at the house "all the time while she (Michelle) was supposed to be missing"

Hat tip to Theforeigner for supplying this in the 3rd thread.
Re my bold & size...

$15K?

J. Russell Hornsby was an extremely successful & prominent criminal defense attorney. What did Dale Sr use him for bc it certainly doesn't cost $15K to claim bankruptcy? Dale Jr was convicted Dec of that same year. Was J.R. Hornsby retained for Sr or Jr? Could Sr have retained him for Jr? If so then how could this be part of the bankruptcy? If he was used by Sr, why did he need a criminal defense attorney to the tune of $15K? Just brainstorming...

Side note: I think this is Richard Hornsby's relative, maybe father. I'd also like to note that he was very respected & ethical from what I've found. He believed in the law on all sides. It doesn't appear as though he tried to pull shenanigans like some lawyers we've read about on here & seen on TV. Hence how he became so respected. He passed away July 11, 1986. Here's his obit for anyone interested: http://articles.orlandosentinel.com...18_1_russell-hornsby-orlando-chamber-maitland

IIRC We found were SR tried to appeal a conviction yrs ago. The atty who handled it was from Hornsby office. Also, remember when Jrs mom was brought in for questioning she used Richard Hornsby.

I think when someone takes the "fifth" it does tell something about the person. If you can't answer a question one way or the other, I think it says "This will make me look guilty or responsible", so if he does take the fifth, then red flags go up. So this should be interesting, and a good way to go "fishing" for some of the answers.

Good morning Skully & Sparky!

Good morning JG! Just checking in before I'm off. It will be interesting to see what happens with this civil trial. I hope the family can get answers to their questions and Michelle can be brought home. It saddens me as Skully said, they've lost an entire family now. :(

Right, but $15K is alot even for an appeal. Did this cover more than the appeal? Jeesh, I'm sorry. I'm just trying to dig back through everything I can bc I must be having an OCD moment & want to know every detail. :D

Completely agree... However, even if he takes the fifth, they can judge his reactions to their questions. You can't turn off perspiration & a person's eyes can be a dead giveaway. What's he gonna do - take a Xanax & spray himself from head to toe with Arrid? I'm not seeing that. So I'm really curious to see if Jr answers these questions or conversely takes the fifth...

I wish we knew who did that decal, only because knowing how to remove it, tells us, it had to be done like in a garage with access to a scraper, or vinagar or some kind of tools. But if you knew what kind of glue was used, that makes a difference. Some glues break down when exposed to sunlight. Then they don't stick as well, so maybe it just pulled off without much scraping or chemicals.

Snipped:
Another option for removing window decals easily is to spray it with a commercial adhesive remover. If the decal is on your car window, then be sure to purchase a commercial adhesive remover designed specifically for cars. You can usually purchase this at most auto parts or discount stores.

Michelle's decal was vinyl, right?

Well when his FB was open he did like a window tinting co here in Orlando and we found pic on that company's website with a storm trooper modeling. The company is off Hoffner, but I believe they were working from their home and it was also mobile. I'm not saying they are the ones that installed it, just their location was on the way to Srs.

ETA: It's still there. http://www.radicalray.com/

Nejame said Smith no longer lives in the state of Florida and is caring full-time for the children.

Well he probably had to move to get a job anywhere that people didn't know his name and his past. Up until Michelle disappeared no one really looked at his past. I bet Michelle and her family never looked, or who would go out with him, really? So now his past is all over the news, and he wasn't working, so you pretty much have to get out of Dodge.

The kids are now really separated from all the family that took care of them too. I wonder how he is managing with twins and working and doing all of this on his own? I knew a mother of twins and her life was so busy, she ran on little to no sleep. There won't be time for Star Wars and parties. That is for sure!

Maybe he's not alone...

Well that is interesting. My neighbor does tinting out of his home too. I would bet you would know how to remove decals too.
