Found this information, BUT I´m not sure wheter this is the Dale Wayne Smith Sr. or Jr.?
However this is in February 1992, and the known conviction of suspect Dale Wayne Smith Jr., is dated Decemeber 10 the very same year of 1992.
So this might be concerning the suspect, and it might be related to his conviction, BUT could be totaly unrelated to the conviction and DWS Jr.
The address mentioned, 2211 Rose Blvd., Orlando, is the very same house that was searched this Sunday, and also the house where DWS Sr. was seen in a video saying that DWS Jr. was at the house "all the time while she (Michelle) was supposed to be missing"

Re my bold & size...
$15K?
J. Russell Hornsby was an extremely successful & prominent criminal defense attorney. What did Dale Sr use him for bc it certainly doesn't cost $15K to claim bankruptcy? Dale Jr was convicted Dec of that same year. Was J.R. Hornsby retained for Sr or Jr? Could Sr have retained him for Jr? If so then how could this be part of the bankruptcy? If he was used by Sr, why did he need a criminal defense attorney to the tune of $15K? Just brainstorming...
Side note: I think this is Richard Hornsby's relative, maybe father. I'd also like to note that he was very respected & ethical from what I've found. He believed in the law on all sides. It doesn't appear as though he tried to pull shenanigans like some lawyers we've read about on here & seen on TV. Hence how he became so respected. He passed away July 11, 1986. Here's his obit for anyone interested: http://articles.orlandosentinel.com...18_1_russell-hornsby-orlando-chamber-maitland
